Ordered 2 dog toys on 8/12/25, delivery was delayed, due to arrive 24/12/25 but didn't arrive with Royal Mail. Contacted Pawlove who said to wait 60 days before refund issued. Have contacted them several times since with no response! Having now read other reviews I would not have ordered from this company. Shocking, I am now £43.85 worse off and no goods. How can they be allowed to trade with such dreadful service.

Order placed 13th December despite many emails/ text messages I was assured order on its way. Told I had to wait 60 before a refund could be issued for not receiving order. 60 days up & they’re not replying to my messages. Beware do not buy from these people they are Scammers. Had to give 1 star as lowest

I ordered 3 items in early December still not arrived. I have made several enquiries through Facebook and email they have stopped answering now. I find this very upsetting. I have asked for a refund it’s almost £50 which I can’t afford to lose. Certainly won’t be ordering again very poor customer care

Do not buy from this company. I ordered on 1st December 2025 and the item has never arrived. I’ve contacted them so many times and they just kept saying it’s on the way. Then they said I have to wait 60 days before they can issue a refund. It’s now well over 60 days and they still won’t refund me and don’t even reply anymore.

Just read all the poor reviews, the story tells itself.

After multiple emails, I am still yet to receive the goods or a refund, and now the won’t even reply to my communication.

A very disappointing experience.

Shocking service ordered 9th December two of the yellow ducks chased up in January received an email saying its on its way now February sent numerous emails getting no replies now asked for a refund still no response would never recommend or use again

Having written my review about this company and trustpilot putting it out there i'd just like to add something. If you look on pawlove reviews they are all glowing about how wonderful the company is and that's why so many of us have been tricked into parting with our hard earned money. Take a look on Trustpilot and you get the truth about this rip off company. I would say a bjg "thankyou" to Trustpilot for letting the truth be said by many many that have been totally let down and out of pocket customers.

Ordered 3 ducks in November. Was advised low stock. Contacted them december, no reply. Tried again to get a refund, still no reply. Would advise everyone to stay clear of this sight!

Ordered before Christmas and still haven’t received order, sent 3 emails to customer service and just got standard emails back do I believe this site is a SCAM PawLove logo

Ordered 2ducks 13th December,not received yet and keep getting fobbed off with …its with carrier and they can’t do anything to trace it, last email asked for money back didn’t reply so looks like money gone very bad scamming company

I placed quite a large order in November 25 for Christmas presents for family dogs. The gifts did not turn up and after a couple of weeks I emailed Pawlove and received a very speedy response clearly blaming the their chosen courier for the delay. All my other dealings with this company were a complete nightmare. The gifts never turned up until a couple of days before Christmas, by which time I'd already left for a family Christmas in another part of the country and had to buy other gifts to replace the products that had not turned up.
After Christmas and within the acceptable time for returns, I tried to return the goods but they refused to acknowledge any of my emails. I have still not heard a single thing from them and obviously unable to return the goods. Absolutely dreadful customer service I still have three of the items in their packaging as I opened one to give to a visiting dog and quite honestly the standard is pretty poor. I will not be buying anything from these people ever again and I would advise you to think very carefully before you place an order with them. They were very quick to respond to blame somebody else for the delay of the order but clearly do not want you to be able to return the goods.
They have one star because I have to give them that as a minimum but quite frankly they don't deserve any.

If there was a zero star that would be me.I paid for this item on the 7/12/25 it was cashed straight away and I have still not received the items.I bought these for my dog and my daughters dog for Christmas. I have waited until now thinking it will come eventually as I thought it was coming from China but still no . I really don't know what to do

Duck took 3 weeks to arrive from China and 1 hour to destroy. Complained and was told another had been posted….. didnt arrive! Asked for refund under money back guarantee….. no reply! Dont trust this company and their scams !

No items received, numerous email sent and very little response. Do not use this company.

Awful product, awful service
We brought a duck from Pawlove. It was completely rubbish and not fit for purpose. My dog ripped in one hour and all the stuffing started to come out. It took so long for delivery (over 2 months) then I returned it with a promise of a refund and a month later I am still waiting. They replied to one email to tell me the address to return it to and I have sent four further emails which have not been replied to. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I agree with almost everyone else about this Company. I placed an order on 10th December which has not arrived. I did get a reply to my first email assuring me that it was on its way. The numerous emails I have sent since have been ignored. I don’t believe they are a bonafide Company. I have reported them to Facebook as this is where I first saw them but accept that the likelihood is I have lost my money.

Ordered in early December and still not received products in February!
Customer service is now non existent having initially replied to my enquiries, suggesting I wait 60 days.
I’ve done that and now I’m getting no response from them at all.
I’d happily settle for a refund at this point, but given the circumstances and my experience to date ………
I won’t be holding my breath while waiting!!!!!!
Shameful excuse of a company and customer services!!!!

Had received the pawlove duck for my dog after weeks, it lasted 10 minutes until the stuffing came out. I have sent email after email and no response. What a waste of money it has obviously come from overseas however stated the company was in the uk. I am absolutely fuming it wasn't cheap either. I live in hope of a reply. Do not buy. I wouldn't have given them 1 star.

Never received goods - just another scammer. Refused refund.
