DO NOT BUY from this company. I tried and received an order confirmation on email. I messaged them to advise re the payment as it didn't appear to have gone through. The following day I checked and 12 payments were pending from my account - all either 'kikankiani' or 'dankhan' which had been setup by pawtastic via google pay. They tried to take over £1,200 from me. I have reported them to varying fraud response organisations in a bid to shut them down. DO NOT TRUST, keep well away.

I ordered a collar and lead from here on the 17th October, got an email to say it had been shipped but the parcel has never arrived. I can't even track it. I have emailed and no reply, the number doesn't exist either. I am phoning my bank to try and get my money back.

Me too, no replies. Will phone credit card co to ask refund.

Scammers. I bought a dog bed & haven’t received it. Contacted them but got no response. I’ve been done! How are they allowed to carry on trading. I’ll be contacting my credit card & TRADING STANDARDS to stop them scamming people.

Like the others on here I too have been caught out. I purchased a dog bed (or so I thought). I’ve received nothing despite sending a number of emails and leaving voicemails.
They have rebranded as previously known as Fancy-Paws. This is a SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!

We got scammed on a dog bed, I will be reporting and getting the site removed.

Total scam! Ordered a dog bed and the same as everyone below received an order confirmation and that's all! Web address comes back undelivered, contact number disconnects.

They don’t even get one star the Company doesn’t exist it’s a scam.

Had to give 1 star just to leave a message why has Facebook not removed them no contact just taken our money no product how do they still get away with the web page and facebook page i looked up the address on google maps its just a postbox rental service

Ordered a dog blanket and still not received item. No response from company and wish i had come here to check reviews before i placed order. Company should be removed from google and other places. Do not order from them.

Appear to have also been scammed!
No update on the product even leaving their warehouse since 17/07
and no replies to any emails or social messages to ask what was going on.

Just wanted something to help my poor doggo in the heatwave.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE, I ordered a dog blanket 2 weeks ago, not received it, they don't answer emails either, discussing.

Sadly, I like many others have fallen into the trap of these scammers. Ordered a dog bed/blanket and haven't received the goods. They are very sneaky as they emailed the order confirmation, dispatch email and then also had the cheek to ask for a review of the item! I have reported them and my credit card company is involved. Absolutely disgusting, especially now when money is so tight for everyone.

Again like most of the reviews, I wished I checked them before purchasing. I'm still waiting for my Lead I ordered. No replies to emails and a PO Box address, it all looks well dodgy. Now I have to go through my bank to try and reclaim the money. These sites should be barred from Google search engine.

Terrible company did not deliver goods as we are pensioner we could have saved the £10 and bought food with it . Absolutely disgraceful, then send an email to ask us to rate it Damn cheek

I wish I had known this before.
Do not order they don’t send your items but happily take your money.

I’m annoyed I can’t give this company no stars!! Ordered stuff and no delivery. Can only contact by email & after sending 4 and not getting a reply, I contacted my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Scam. They take your money but don’t ever deliver what you ordered.
I encourage everyone else who has been scammed by this ‘company’ to report to trading standards, so this stops happening!

I wish I'd read the other Trustpilot reviews about Pawstastic before ordering a basket for £48. As everybody else has discovered, they take the money and you never hear from them again. I've reported them to the Government Fraud Investigator, but their website is there and I'm sure people are still losing their money.
