Practice management systems are difficult as so many only have pieces of technology that you need to be efficient. My medical care has significantly improved because of this system. It takes thorough notes during my appointments with the guidelines from my customizable SOAP (you tell AI how you want yours written in the settings). You verbalize vitals during a surgery and your surgery notations, it makes that all into a surgery SOAP that has every detail you never have time to write. On top of that it is always growing. The client communication section has expanded significantly with scheduled texting/emails. Lots of automations and customizable options that utilize AI. DEA log with audit option when needed; PACS system; AI business reports; whiteboard/waiting room option; treatment/hospitalization records. I'm super thankful for this system. Using many PIMS doing relief, every system has their faults and this one has just blown the standards out of the water.

Excellent small company who truly care about what they do. Never anything less than extremely responsive with any questions or concerns and have made using a PMS completely stress free as I started my mobile equine and small animal practice. The software is intuitive; and innovative, thoughtful additions are made regularly. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you again all at Pawthos.

I've used a LOT of different PIMS and Pawthos blows them out of the water in most aspects. I love the AI help with SOAPs and discharge summaries- they are extremely well-written, and clients absolutely love getting them. The schedule is very easy to use and the flow board helps us know how long each client/patient has been waiting, which is unbelievably helpful. The business reporting is also really great! There's too much good to get into everything. As a pilot clinic, of course we have had a few hiccups, but they have been immediately addressed and fixed any time they are discovered (many are our fault anyway). The owners are so helpful and available basically 24/7 for my questions. Would wholeheartedly recommend this software.
