I have been a Payeer user for 2 years with $127 USD in my account. Since January 2026, I cannot login — login button is stuck after Cloudflare verification. Live chat support sent a login link but same issue persisted. Emails to support are bouncing back. My funds are completely inaccessible. Also tried payeer-co.com but same login problem. Very disappointed — no working support channel available. I urgently need access to my funds.

Payeer did its best not to refund us our money in Egypt stating that we must provide them authenticated documents. My question is; why did they asked us before depositing our money? It is our money not theirs.The matter that makes it more ridiculous is that they asked us many documents that cost us more than the value of the balance deposited. How come? Anyway our money is gone with the wind and we can't forgive Payeer for doing harm to us.
