Predatory hidden fees. They dont disclose their fees structure up front. They say one thing and charge more. There is early termination fee of $500+. Be very careful. Hard to contact them. Once they have access to your bank, they will just keep sucking out money. Pls report this people to BBB.

I enjoyed using this company, however, their customer service is awful. Started an email thread with them in December 2024 and have not heard back from them since the end of the December 2024. The matter is regarding a refund which I still have yet to receive. I’ve reached out to them multiple times via email, started new email chains and have not heard back. I reached out to them on instagram as they suggest and they have not replied to my direct messages and have repeatedly deleted my comments regarding their customer service not getting back to me. Additionally, they have deleted other people comments.

As of March, still have not received any follow up.

Two weeks ago my review would have been 5 stars but I tried to purchase something and my spending limit went from 520 to 0 I never had a problem before and now they don't answer the emails or messages!!!!! I starting to think they are going out of business

Awesome buy now/pay in four easy installments. The selection of stores with the added Four+ membership plan is awesome cause I need everything delivered since I'm disabled and housebound unless I need to go to a doctor's appointment.

I love this company so much they're so credible.They're honest.They're trustworthy and they always make sure they don't overcharge.You'll refund you for whatever you're needing

The worst! Don't do it!! They keep taking unauthorized payments out. I reached out to them through chat and email 2 weeks ago to stop the payments. No one will respond! Can't delete account.

I was charged a lot of money for a purchase and then it was declined. They have my money and I have contacted them several times and I still don't have it refunded. Now, my second payment on that purchase is about to come up and I don't even have anything to show for it.

Worst pay in 4 app EVER. Constant hidden , ridiculous, fees. Non-existent customer service. Charges card but declines order. Run far away and don’t waste your time

App has become a fraudulent running business! BE AWARE, no matter what you do any time you use a bank or debit card with this app, they completely store all your information, and with pull payments without you approving, will never let you erase or switch banks, ignore emails, no live person with customer service, have ignored my emails about needing to switch my debit card, they have sent my credit union account into closing, they refused to answer or listen to emails!! The few people that run this business are crooked! I even emailed the CEO and vice president with no response have proof in screenshot

Charges your account but then declines order. Chances amounts without permission. Can't talk to an actual person. Lots of hidden fees. Use zip, afterpay or affirm instead

I had an issue with my account (fraud). They assured me they would remove my payment method whole thing is were resolved. They didn't. What they did do was continue to debit and ignore my messages making the process of switching thi gs over that much more awful.

They stopped answering messages!! Owe me a refund from target for months!! I sent pics of cancelled order and they made my spending power 0!!!! After I have a 1500 spending limit with over 800 paid off in a month!!!! Won’t respond I am done!!!
