I had a great experience with PC36. Going in, I wasn't entirely sure what type of PC I wanted , I only knew the frame rate I was aiming for in-game. The team recommended an excellent option that ticked all the boxes: solid specs and the best value for the price. The delivery was smooth, and the PC arrived well optimised truly a plug-and play setup. I'll definitely be returning for future upgrades.

I recently bought a pc from them titled the Mercury build. When curious about a pc upgrade I decided to message through the online chat system. I got a reply on the same day even though it was on a weekend and was able to configure my pc specs and order all within the hour. Absolutely great customer service, friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a pre-built pc

Excellent build quality, brilliant cable management, loving the RGB colour sync & glass wrap-around style. Straightforward plug-and-play.

Minor downside is not being able to use the case's included GPU brace as it catches on a fan.

This was my first time buying from Pc36 and I will always use them for any PC repairs, upgrades or complete new set ups. Jack at PC 36 is super friendly and does not force you onto unnecessary expenses he spends time asking you what exactly you require from your PC and give you plenty of options for your budget. The build time is incredibly quick and everything is professionally assembled and super clean and presentable. I can highly recommend for safe secure purchasing .

Great build quality and prices. There are on-line videos of the actual builds, plus videos for unpacking and setting up the PC once received. The PC was delivered on the specified date with a tracker module included for safety. Jack was great to deal with - prompt responses and obviously very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

Lovely customer support and excellent prebuilt gaming PC. They even include all the boxes for the parts used in the PC, in case you wanted to sell on specific components in the future. PC arrived within 9 days of me ordering it. Couldn’t recommend PC36 enough!

Excellent service all round. I wanted a custom PC build and communications with Jack@PC36 to achieve exactly what I wanted were both helpful and timely - the final price was very competitive too. The build was slightly delayed as component testing revealed that the selected graphics card was both noisy and ran too hot under load. Comprehensive testing prior to purchase is essential and PC36 ensure this is done. The replacement card Jack selected runs both quietly and within temperature tolerances for the SFF case. In sum, a very positive experience. PC36 are highly recommended for your next PC build.

Would highly recommend PC36, very fast turn around considering the order was placed over the Christmas/new year period. The system is amazing, very impressed. Very quick to respond to any queries or questions.

I approached PC36 after feeling very frustrated with other PC builders I approached previously. I felt they didn’t understand my vision, I was being pushed to compromise and take PC components they had in stock, and communication was achingly slow.

Jack understood my vision, offered sound advice, provided excellent communication and was just as enthusiastic regarding the build - he was clearly the man for the job!

He kept me posted during the build process and was even accommodating when I upgraded the GPU mid way through.

The build time was spot on even with the GPU upgrade, my delivery was well packaged and prompt.

Thank you again Jack for building my dream PC and making my vision a reality. It’s blisteringly fast, super cool (literally…) and MSFS has never looked and performed better.

Received my custom built gaming PC today from PC36 and I am mighty impressed - would absolutely recommend if anyone is looking for a new PC! The packaging was super safe, the spare boxes for the parts came with it and the PC itself looks and works REALLY great (cannot wait to finally play some top quality games without lag)!! The customer service via live chat and email is superb and with fast responses (they know their stuff and are happy to accommodate changes or provide recommendations based on what you need the PC for)! Small troubleshooting required connecting the PC up with my monitor, but again, customer service was superb in helping me with this -- Thank you! Money well spent.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from PC36. I purchased a gaming PC for my son for Christmas and from start to finish the experience was outstanding. They were incredibly helpful in advising on the best options within my budget and even managed to beat the Black Friday deals that were available at the time.
The build quality is excellent and the PC was built and delivered in just over a week, which was impressive. Setup was made easy thanks to their clear and supportive YouTube videos covering installation and troubleshooting.
What really sets PC36 apart, though, is their customer service. I had one small query after setting the PC up and emailed them on Christmas Day — and they kindly resolved it the very same day. You simply don’t get that level of care and dedication from big companies anymore.
