Avoid At All Cost
As constructive feedback is welcomed on this platform, here goes:
Thoroughly misleading and false website content from ProCredit Bank (PCB) - especially in the midst of a heavy marketing campaign - is hardly the best way for PCB to increase its customers; it’s downright inexcusable.
For the record, *Free SMS notifications* is misleading. The same applies to *Unlimited free withdrawals of denars from every ATM in the country* as well as *Unlimited free transfers within the country* as exclusions apply to all these so-called benefits of opening a ProActive account.
So much for “transparency” when it’s listed as one of PCB’s business ethics on their website. Similarly, so much for “high professional standards” given this has been added in as a corporate value.
ProCredit, you need to do much better.
