No fuss, efficient service
When you order something rather than just walking into a shop and picking up what you want, paying and walking out, you want a process that emulates that as near as possible. PC Boost have done that. Bought in error, return refunded promply
I was misled by motherboard help into thinking I needed a new & different PSU. That PSU required new cables. The cables arrived after I had solved the problem, so I requested a return. I telephoned to follow up my email request after a couple of days. After that the return and refund went quickly. Note postage and my return postage were not refunded as it says in the T&C's.
