It really depends on who you get, I've had both positive and negative experiences. However, most recently my experience was extraordinary, the pharmacist really went out of her way to help me. Which was a blessing as my local pharmacists were not as helpful, they were just focused on doing things by the book rather than actually helping the patient.
The Epsom branch must be extremely
The Epsom branch must be extremely busy however it is customary to include contraindications info with meds. My mixed brand antibiotics - I had to chase over five days to determine if they were ready, with no answer - was missing this leaflet!
Staff were positively disengaged and unsmiling so I popped into Boots next door for some friendly advice…
Some of the Epsom Branch staff need customer service training
Some of the staff at my local branch (Epsom) are lovely (mostly the female members of staff) but the men are incredibly rude. I rang to check the status of a repeat prescription as I never got a notification that it was ready for collection. The line went blank after a few seconds so I called again, saying I thought we had got cut off to which the gentleman dealing with me passive-aggressively said it must have been cut off my end (I could see the call was still going on my phone!). His mannerism was dismissive and his tone of voice totally disinterested.
Home delivery service for the elderly and infirm
Finally received medication after a number of frustrating calls to the pharmacy. Keep up this standard and a score of 5 wll be given

Confusion re the NHS app regarding our status was professionally resolved when other local chemist and our surgery were unable to help.
Imran is a real credit to Pearl and the branch will now be our go to store for pharmacy and other goods it .

Pearl Chemist were able to obtain a prescription item that neither of the other Banstead chemists were able to get.

Awful customer service. I have a repeat prescription and noticed i was running low on my tablets but had not received my automated text message saying it was ready so I went in to enquire. She was so rude and unhelpful and told me I needed to give a weeks notice to renew. When I said I normally get it automatically and has this changed she just shook her head. I came out more confused than when I went in. I will be going elsewhere now.
Waste of time!
Ordered online and my order was confirmed. Week goes by nothing. No email saying it’s been dispatched nothing. Emailed customer support and crickets. Guessing I’m not getting my order! Rubbish service.

I felt when I rang up the practice in Earlsfield,I didn’t feel like it wasn’t a mistake or regret anything like I normally do as he was friendly, polite and made sure i got what I asked for, it wasn’t a problem to him when I arrive I was very overwhelmed by the vibe and Orla I got from this lovely man Carlos I also saw he was so caring and was will try to do what he can to help his work colleagues when they struggled and asked, wow ,he had very good customers skills and I was very very happy and satisfied

Their staff are rude. Despite numerous requests one of their staff keeps parking on private property when she is at work instead of using a public parking space

The worst chemist for collecting medication from NHS not sure why NHS uses them as I had same bad experience not once but twice someone called you and tell you to pick up your medication on certain date and when you are there
person at the counter asking for code which I supposed to receive prior my collection date ( both times they never sent me code )
So I had to leave and wait for code which never happened
then I got txt from pearl chemist that your medication is there for 3 more days if you won’t pick up it goes back to where it came from
So I went back to pearl chemist tooting branch
Same Person at the counter asked for the code
Which I still haven’t received
They said to call pearl chemist main office
Upon calling them no one has clue what’s happening and I have been told they can’t do anything and the person in charge is not present
Again I had to leave
When I got my place I received a call from pearl chemist that they are sorry for inconvenience I need to go back again and collect my medication ( this is the exact thing happened before only first time they told me my medication is not here in tooting branch but NHS sent to AP chemist in collierswood by mistake

It’s so ridiculous that they said they sent me code as in txt message which is a complete lie
Cuz of them I m without my medication resulting severe health problem
I refused to go back again it’s difficult for me to go back and forth due to my condition
I waited for any kind of resolution as they might deliver but nothing
They didn’t even inform this to NHS
Now I am without my medication and I have to go to hospital pharmacy for urgent supplies
Which is on next week as pearl chemist still kept my parcel and NHS doesn’t know about that

Awful surly staff
Awful surly staff. All new I think. Several times I had to repeat my fairly common surname and then they have to write it down. They look at you as if you are some sort of specimen. No courtesy, no smiles, no friendly comments. They are like robots. The previous staff were very helpful and pleasant. What a disappointing change!
I have always been in the habit of leaving a couple of days between ordering my repeat meds and collecting so that there is time for them to dispense it. Extra time for the staff and then I don’t have to wait. What I find now is that whenever I go to collect the medication, they start dispensing it there and then which incurs a wait. Today, I offered to come back later but I was told it wouldn’t be necessary. I waited ten minutes or so. Not an eternity but it’s just an illustration of how unhelpful and unfriendly the staff are. I believe there has been a massive change of staff. All different people today. Miserable and unapproachable, every one.

I have been collecting my prescriptions at the Oyster Lane Byfleet branch for several months and have found all staff to be welcoming polite and efficient.They also answer the phone promptly if you wish to check if prescriptions are available and ready for collection.l have no hesitation in awarding a five star review.
Don't bother with these guys. If they have no stock they cancel your order without telling you!
I Placed an order online on 24th May for 2 x 500ml of Metatone. Still waiting for delivery on the 13th of June. Contacted them by email without any response so rang the contact number on the confirmation of the order. After being transferred 3 times finally informed that the order was cancelled, when asked when they cancelled it I was informed 24th May because they had NO STOCK!! Really!! I asked why they did not inform me that they had cancelled the order so I could purchase elsewhere - Silence!
I must say they were polite and did apologise however reading the other reviews this seems to be a common problem.
If your running an online business this is a good example of how not to.
