Poor block management company

Highly inadequate block management company. Claiming high service charges, yet they have failed to follow up on parking breaches, cleaning, clothes being hung outside, inconsistent gardening maintenance, did nothing to address the noisy parrots, filthy signage by canal area and what is concerning they have sent contradictory emails regarding concerns related to service charges. No clear transparent answers from this company.

First Impressions Count

Great first experience with Peal Property Partners. I needed a key made up urgently for the block where my flat is located. The team responded very quickly, started the process of getting the key cut and dispatched to me. They kept me informed throughout the process and the key arrived a few days later. Since appointing Pearl Property…

Since appointing Pearl Property Partners, the difference has been night and day. The team are responsive, efficient and actually seem to know what’s going on - a refreshing change from our previous agents, who we suspect may have managed the building by horoscope.

We were promised a bespoke service and so far the team have gone above and beyond. May it be the new normal.

It’s refreshing to finally deal with a company that is knowledgeable and takes pride in doing things properly. Highly recommended if your building has been neglected and you’re tired of chasing your agent for simple answers and waiting weeks for action.
