I don’t know if this company is legit or not. First order came, albeit delayed. Product was good. Chickens loved it! But then I get emails asking me to send payment details again due to a website change and that they don’t have my payment details anymore. I ignored it. Then they try to take payment many times! (My card is frozen) and I get emails saying payment failed. So they do have my details then?! I have emailed them many times… no response. Can’t amend my subscription on the link in their emails, comes up with ‘something went wrong’ Many red flags. Have had to cancel my card for safety measures. I don’t trust them.

I’ve placed two orders with Peckly now and overall I’ve had a really good experience.

My first order was delayed, which I can see a few other people have mentioned in reviews too. From what I understand, this was due to a stock shortage they were dealing with at the time. It was a bit frustrating having to wait, but they did explain the situation and it seems like they’ve sorted the issue now.

I placed a second order after that and it arrived the very next day, so it’s clear they’ve improved things and fixed the delay problem.

Most importantly, my girls absolutely love it. I’ve been really happy with the product itself and I’d definitely recommend it. It’s nice to see a company sort out an issue properly rather than just ignore it.

Ordered 17th May, received receipt email. After 10 days noticed that there was no update to order details. Looked on here, found bad reviews. Emailed the company, received an apologetic reply that they were behind on orders. Promised it would be dispatched soon. It was. Just received. Let’s see how well it works!

Scam company. They took my money and also set up a subscription that i had no idea about until my bank told me. Check your banks please.

BAD., no communication regarding my order. Must be a scam. I am so angry.

I too made an order 2 weeks ago for six packets which cost £99.99. I can’t get onto their website or shop and after sending emails have not heard anything from them. I’m beginning to think this is a scam 😡😡which makes me so angry, that people can be so dishonest. Will I ever get my money back ? I hope so, £100 is a lot of money I can’t afford to lose 😡😡😡😡

Like other reviewer. Suspect this a scam. Excuse after excuse. Refusing to give refund even though month down the line received nothing. Lots stories about Shop closed their account. Trying to recoup through bank but think whole thing a Scam. Shame on FB for allowing them to advertise on FB.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago still not received. They adverise on Facebook whi h probably serves me right . No website to contact them. It maybe a scam would recommend you avoid.
