Having recently moved to Southeast London, l was looking for a two bedroom flat. I registered with several estate agents and l found Pedder the most helpful. I was especially grateful to Callum Melrose who almost always sent me information on the kind of property l was looking for thus not wasting time. In person he was always pleasant and punctual, never pushy. Although in the end l found a flat off market, l would go back to Callum in Pedder if l needed to sell or buy a property. I would definitely recommend him!

Robin was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end of the rental process, I really felt like he went above and beyond to support us to find a property in stressful circumstances and I really appreciated his patience and helpfulness.

Callum at Pedder has been the most incredible estate agent and helped us find our dream flat in East Dulwich that we completed on today! We were recently searching for a rental around North Dulwich station and contacted all the local estate agents. This is all a bit strange to me as for a long time l thought the agent l was dealing with was working at Forest Hill branch where my keys were but l would have liked to have been informed But that said l agent l was dealing with Alp was fine had did a good job of getting the sale through despite a few hiccups l sure he had the upcoming birth of his baby to think about as well so all in all it was ok

I bought my flat from the previous iteration of Peddar in 1987. I moved in 2000 but kept the flat and rented it out with Peddar as managing agent.. It has been a seamless experience with a long term tenant and immediate responses to maintenance. The tenant is happy and so am I.
