We had a great experience with Ben.
As first time buyers it was really valuable being able to have such a responsive point of contact keeping us up to date throughout the process and we really appreciated his efforts in moments where a bit of follow up was needed. Thanks so much!

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Robin Percivaldi-Hammond at Pedder Estate Agents. Our rental requirements were very specific and unique. Robin embraced this and supported us throughout our house search and we finished up in the perfect
location.

Unlike some other agents, we didn’t feel pressured despite time being frequently short. The whole situation with Robin and Pedder felt relaxed. And with all the upheaval and chaos that sureounds a house move, that feeling is priceless.

Thanks Robin

Our experience with Peeder Agency has been outstanding. They made buying our first home smooth and stress free.
Ben West guided us through every step with professionalism, patience, and clear advice.
He was always available to answer questions and ensured we fully understood the process.
We’re truly grateful for their support and highly recommend Peeder, Forest Hill Agency to anyone buying a home.

Callum Melrose was comfortably the best agent I dealt with in my search for a flat. He clearly understood my requirements, allowing me to focus my search and find a property I am very happy with. He is very personable and made himself readily available to guide me through the process of purchasing my first home.

We recently sold our 2 bedroom flat in Forest Hill with Pedder, We couldn’t have asked for more from the team at this office. They understand the local market and their pricing and marketing were accurate and secured us a buyer very quickly. Unfortunately this sale was unsuccessful, however they remarketed for us swiftly and within days we had an offer which has now successfully exchanged. The whole team at Forest Hill have been professional throughout and we have mostly worked with Ben & Dan. The flat was previously rented and the team went the extra mile for us - keeping an eye on it while it has been empty. They stepped in when necessary to help keep all sides updated and the process moving. I agree with other reviewers that we appreciate your efficiently and friendly matter throughout. We would be happy to recommend you and certainly approach you again in the future.

I recently sold my 1 bedroom flat in Peckham with Pedder, and I couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Carolina and Mollie were absolutely brilliant to work without throughout the process. My flat had been listed with an online agent without a single viewing for three months, but Pedder found me a committed buyer within weeks and expertly negotiated to achieve the asking price. They always kept me informed every step of the way so I never had to chase for updates, and were super helpful and efficient in moving things along and tackling any issues. Top service!

Pia Mannix was very professional throughout the whole process of my renewal.

Thank you so much for your assistance!

I'm very impressed by Ben West and Pedders, Forest Hill. They sold my property quickly and efficiently, were not invasive but always there when needed. Highly recommended!

It was a real pleasure working with you on the sale of Hardings Lane. You were always professional, proactive, and approachable, keeping me updated every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and smooth. I really appreciated your efficiency and friendly manner throughout.

Pedder are great. Amazing communication, so reassuring for me as a first time buyer. Carolina is an expert and I can’t recommend her enough.

Top marks to Phillippa Waller who did great work when we were buying a property in East Dulwich. She navigated difficult issues, kept us informed throughout and was a pleasure to deal with.

Transparent and Honest

Pedder and in particular Mollie Brown were brilliant from start to finish. They were professional, organised and speedy with communications. Can’t fault them.

We purchased a house via Catherine, she was great!

Pia Mannix does an excellent job as property manager on my 2 bed London flat. Would definitely recommend their services.

I always felt that they had my best interests at heart throughout my 5 years ,dealing with various agents and with all the details when moving out.

Selling a property can be challenging in these uncertain times but Pedder, (Peckham) recently sold our flat for us and Mollie, who dealt with our sale, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable of the process involved, she kept us informed every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble and was always on hand to speak to us and when she was away Carolina was there to answer any pressing queries we had. This is a very competent, professional team, you will be in safe hands. Thank you Pedder, Peckham.

We had a great experience selling with Pedder. The team were friendly and good at communicating with us. They worked quickly and made finding a buyer a breeze. We had some issues with solicitors and Shannon was amazing at keeping things moving and ensuring the sale went ahead.

The entire house moving process with Pedder and specifically Mollie was so much better than any other lettings or sales company we’ve ever used.

Before we found our now home with Pedder, we had actually already offered on and planned to buy a previous flat with KFH Peckham which was in turn one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an agent/agency. Terrible, unhelpful, lazy and all around useless service from agency side with our main contact and selling agent not even knowing the most basic questions about the property.

Luckily for Pedder and Mollie this was the polar opposite. From our first initial meeting we saw the property within the first 2 weeks it had been on the market. We fell in love with it straight away but there were talks of other offers. Mollie really helped us secure an offer we were happy with but would also get us over the line.

At the stages then following this during the full process, Mollie was incredibly helpful in always being contactable, easy to reach via phone or email for any queries and also pushing hard as she could for us to get the sale underway completed as quickly and smoothly as possible for us. This as all properties do came with some unavoidable snags but Mollie was responsive and professional in managing expectation and timescale so we could plan accordingly.

Overall we had such a positive experience with Pedder and Mollie so I would recommend them for anyone looking to sell or buy.
