I purchased some parts one part being a fuel tap for a cheap price however it was clear why it was cheap non ethanol seals and leaked a whole tank of fuel on the floor overnight

I spent a fair amount of money with PedParts to service my Sons 50cc Scooter and ‘upgrade’ the variator and clutch. They sold me a kit that was not only incomplete it was also the wrong kit. I only found out it was slightly wrong when It had been fitted. I have subsequently had to refit the original with the rollers that were supplied with this kit.

Added to the delayed ‘next day’ delivery and ZERO response from the emails sent, it makes this company PedParts one to be avoided!

Lesson learned! I wouldn’t deal with this company at all in the future.

Be warned.

I placed two legitimate orders using my own identity, payment method, and contact details. Both were cancelled without investigation or justification, solely due to unrelated historical activity at the same address.

I was explicitly told I would receive a phone call if there were any issues — no call was made. Instead, I was dismissed and told to “use another supplier.”

This raises serious concerns around customer fairness, escalation procedures, transparency, and governance standards. Businesses operating this way risk reputational damage and regulatory scrutiny.

Would strongly advise leadership review of internal policies and customer handling processes.

Terrible. Sold me a cheap copy stator that was faulty …and also scored my flywheel (I didn’t mind, I just wanted a replacement part that actually worked). They told me to send the part back. Never refunded me and don’t respond.

After reading recent reviews I was a bit apprehensive with regards to ordering from Pedparts, but thought, pay by credit card just in case.
Well, all I can say is that in my experience they were brilliant 🤩
I easily used there web site and ordered online rear Vespa GTS rack. I had looked across the internet and Pedparts were the best on price, product and availability.
Once ordered within 5 minutes I received notification with regards to product purchase and timescales.
Within 24hrs I got a further notification with regards to courier (Royal Mail 24hr signed)
I did contact Pedparts via there message service and they responded within the hour and dealt with my question and confirmed item was in stock.
The item arrived within given timescales, well packaged and all intact and just as described.
From my point of view the whole experience was as good as Amazon, kept upto date all the way, well packaged and price wise, yes it was better than Amazon 😃
This is a genuine review from myself. It’s easy to lambast a company for poor service and rightly so, but it’s more rewarding giving a genuine positive review when you have had a great buying experience.

Ordered engine parts at over £350. Arrived scored and damaged then blamed the garage for fitting them and causing damage which they hadn’t. The gaskets were still in sealed bags! Didn’t want me to return and stated would be my cost both ways. When garage also emailed the company they then suggested the parts I had photographed weren’t theirs. So I cannot return as the evidence is they simply will keep my money. Aggressive customer’service’ that make unfounded allegations rather than supporting the customer. Just horrible people.

Customer service is the worst i came across. First and last time i buy from them.
AVOID THEM and buy elsewhere you will be better off.

As per all the other negative reviews these guys are SO RUDE. ordered a part for my scooter that was advertised fasley and incorrectly photographed when I raised this issue I was met by passive aggressive comments acting like it was my fault they listed something with the wrong picture/description, I exchanged for another part (with me footing the bill for postage) that they recommended and it STILL didn't fit. I raised it again and they implied it was my fault and I was incompetent even though I literally had to get a mechanic to bend the exhaust pipe to make it fit. Shoddy parts and vile service

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, I ordered a part from Australia and I still haven’t received it and it’s been well over a month. They’re terrible at responding and lack any kind of manners. They don’t want to take responsibility for anything are very rude in there emails calling me a liar and so forth. I would highly recommend avoiding this company as I think they’re just scamming people. What company doesn’t have a phone number. Plus we’re in 2024 and they are sending international packages through Royal mail (it’s a basic British posting system that sucks as I’m from the uk but moved to Australia thank goodness) if I was still in the uk I would sue the hell out theses chumps. They have no clue how to run a business or talk to customers. JUST A BIG DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

purchased a tecnigas exhaust of them came scratched up and with rust spots they said its totally normal for them to come like that LOL
update: the company also cant handle criticism as I've just asked why 2 of my orders have been cancelled and got a childlike reply because of my review they'll keep cancelling my orders so instead of dealing with the problem they decide to run away from it like little girls

As a first time customer I was a little cautious with the value of my order but the subsequent service was outstanding.
Fast, reliable postage and all at a very competitive price.
PedParts..I will be back!

It’s a shame I have to give them 1 star as really they don’t deserve any. I placed an order with them, when the package arrived the only thing it had inside was the invoice, I have sent them several emails but they do not answer. Hold my hands up..

I purchased an exhaust joint rubber cover for my bike, as recommended by their advisor.
On getting hot which is inevitable on an exhaust the cover burst into flames.
It set fire to the air filter and I destroyed my biking gloves putting the fire out before it set fire to the petrol tank.
I have sent several messages to pedparts but have been totally ignored.
