Incredible service! My parents are visiting London from the States... after a redeye flight, I wanted them to have a comfortable journey from Heathrow to Central London... Pegasus Chauffeurs did not disappoint! The car was beautiful and the driver was friendly (met them in the arrival hall with a sign and a smile)... the service was 10 out of 10. I used to use Blacklane but I'll use Pegasus now going forward!

Amazing driver, friendly and professional

It’s simple - the best chauffeur experience I’ve ever had.
I opened the door to be greeted by a warm and friendly young gentle man. I indulged on the complimentary artisan chocolates.
At my destination in north London, I opened the car door to a heavy downpour on rain. It was bouncing off the ground. The door I needed to go through for my meeting was only a stones throw from the car. The kind driver said ‘I’ll help you miss’ and escorted me, with an umbrella, to the front of the door and stood there with me, sheltering me from the rain until the door was answered. He made sure I got into the property safely and was dry. Him himself soaking.
Not only a smooth wonderful journey but truly a kind man.
I couldn’t recommend this service highly enough.

After being told by Addison Lee they woukdn’t be able to confirm if they would have a vehicle to accommodate two 2 metre ski bags and it would be down to the discretion of the driver on the day, I was like eeek! I’d basically be taking the risk of missing my flight! I did a quick search and phoned Pegasus who were incredibly courteous and efficient and sent photos of the vehicle for reassurance. I’m not due to travel till 1st December and will post a review of my experience which I have no doubt will be superb given the other excellent reviews. Thank you Oliver, you’re doing Pegasus proud.

I had a great experience traveling from London Victoria to Stansted with the most kind driver Janush. He was attentive to us, drives very carefully. The car was great and clean with a lot of drinks and sweets.

Booked 7 weeks in advance for a V Class return journey Covent Garden to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for Joshua Usyk Boxing. Heavy traffic and road closures near the stadium. Our driver Harun communicated superbly after midnight to meet us as promised and get us back to the hotel. All dealings with Pegasus were efficient and confirmed in writing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or Harun the friendly reliable driver on the night!

The journey was perfect from start to finish. Fantastic service from the second I opened the door. The driver was extremely friendly, providing water, chocolates and free wifi too which was a lovely surprise. This was the best chauffeur experience I’ve had and I’d highly recommend.
