Five stars for pelican they went beyond and out of their way to help me find the correct parts for my car ,great customer service Tom helped me out so much knowing my situation and needing to fix my car quick great guy and great customer service. Tom went out of his way to make sure I am getting the correct part for my car before sent out. I've never had better customer service from any company in my life this is awesome talking to real people is a blessing. Pelican went out of their way for me and I'm very appreciative for that.,if you're looking for parts for a high-end car or hard to find parts or any parts for a great price I recommend pelican.

My shop was working on a 1989 Merc Benz. Needed a fuel distributor and all that is available are remans. Ordered from another supplier and the first one worked ok for 5 start ups, then on test drive the fuel pressure dropped out and vehicle would die. Waited 2 days and the second one was worse. Saw Pelican and called and got John H. He was very nice and knowledgeable about what was needed. He got us both items we bought in 2 days. I wanted to thank John and Pelican Parts for knowing their stuff and making a bad situation into a great one. Now that is great customer service!!!! We will be using them for all our classic car repairs for now on!!!

I bought one small part. After that they sent me 100's of spam emails over a few weeks. Even 2-3 on Sundays! They spam you with emails that do NOT have an "unsubscribe" link so you can't stop it. When I called to tell them about this the guy said: "They are no ashamed about sending all of these spam emails and that they are happy about it since it drives more to their website. Disgusting attitude all for greed. There is no way to stop the emails and I do not have an account, nor did I sign up for the spam. I will never buy anything from them because they only care about money, not the customer. I do not recommend buying from them.

I ordered 2 replacement struts for the front trunk on a 2015 911. The first order showed up and it was the wrong part. The second order shows up and one of the struts is defective. In order to get prepaid shipping they want pictures. When an online company starts asking me to jump through hoops after they shipped defective parts I’m a former customer. Really poor customer service. I’d never trust them with another order.

Before ordering it checked filament for fit it said it would fit 2006 vw2.5 eng the bolts didn't fit in my opinion they made it hard to return needed vin year of car picture of car they sent printable return to my phone with rma# but I needed qr# didn't receive it ups store was able to download to my files to ship back waiting to see if my return is ok

Buenas tardes ,pedí 4 repuestos para mi BMW e34 m30, no tenían ninguna a pesar que aparecía en su página ,al final les dije q se quedarán con el dinero,me reembolsaron no sé qué ,y el 26 de mayo aparece un mensaje de mi box, que hay un paquete para mi ,5 meses después, ya para que , los compré en Europa y llegaron en 15 días.

After I placed my order I got a pop up ad for saving $20 on shipping only to find when I went for it I found out that I had just signed up to a scam called shipping free dot com with a $25 monthly fee charged to my credit card. Seems that since Pelican Parts got bought out their new parent company, ECS Tuning, is a terrible marketing company. Got my order cancelled and their $25 fee taken off my credit card only to discover that 10 days later I got charged another $25 for a recurring fee for a subscription I never signed up for. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM FROM PELICAN PARTS AND ECS TUNING!!!

I placed an online order and received my parts but one item was incorrect. They have been no help and are requesting that I pay for shipping from Sydney Australia back to the US for something which is not my fault. The shipping cost will be more than the part so have no option. Not happy at all as they should be responsible for fixing their mistakes.

Don't purchase, I placed the order, paid for priority freight and when it hadn't arrived I tracked it to find the freight had been cancelled due to a delivery problem. Pelican hadn't informed me and were very difficult to contact. I have asked for a refund but not heard, I wish I had read the reviews before I made this purchase.

Worst customer service ever. They sell sockets for spark plugs ordered from their website and say they “have no way to tell if they would fit”, aren’t they the experts?!? The attitude when I called and requested not a refund but the CORRECT part was more like, “not my problem - go to your local hardware store for trial and error”. The problem with treating the customer with contempt and hoping that they will leave you alone is that ultimately you’ll get your wish and they will. Good luck - will never order from again.

I purchased 2 small parts for my BMW i live in Hawaii they were sent immediately excellent service, they also included a nice Keychain, first time buyer will be a long time customer.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience.
They lie to customers and show zero accountability. My package was never scanned by USPS — the tracking number clearly shows no movement — yet they falsely claimed USPS had already picked it up. That’s simply not true; the package is still sitting in their warehouse.

When I called this morning to resolve the issue, the customer service rep was dismissive and clearly didn’t care. Their building isn’t large — she could’ve easily checked or asked someone — but instead, she chose not to help at all.

I will never order from this place again. If you care about honesty, basic customer support, or simply receiving your package, stay far away.

I am shocked and disappointed that a company like Pelican Parts expect me to pay for the postage from Australia back to the USA for a duplicate order.
I would take responsibility for it if I were at fault, but I was clearly not.
I have shared my negative experience with all the members of the Mercedes-Benz Club of Queensland, and they are well aware of your shortsightedness and stinginess.
You guys earn millions out of us classic car lovers but you're too greedy to admit to a slip-up from your side and willing to show up?
You guys are nothing less and nothing more than profit-hunting corporate imbeciles.

I see some reviews about bad shipping times, but i have never had a better shipping experience with any company. Ordered on Friday and arrived from California to Norway on Monday. Very pleasant and easy ordering experience with pelican parts. Can definitely recommend

Their ship dates, and arrival dates are always lies. Expect 3-4 days longer than what they tell you when you place an order.

Once I ordered a pair of brake rotors from them, and they sent only one despite huge, bright pink text on the packaging from the manufacturer saying "sold as a pair".

Prices aren't the best around, but usually they're not completely crazy.

I had been a happy customer up until this week, although their order fills and shipping dates have always been wrong. This week I needed o-rings for a vacuum leak on my porsche 944. The mechanic was in-town for a short period of time so I needed them quickly. I spent more for next day air than the parts cost. But 3 days later I'm calling for status only to be told that they are still waiting for one part and it would not be in for another four days. When I ordered, the website said all parts were in stock. I'm very aggravated that there was no communications or emails about this. Had I known, I would have ordered the parts somewhere else. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again due to this poor customer service. For anyone needing emergency parts quickly, their shipping time does not start untill they actually ship it, so pay attention to your order if you are expecting next or 2 day shipping.

I ordered 4 TPMS sensors for my 2012 Porsche 911 from their website their website confirmed it was a correct fit for my car. I received the sensors had them installed and they would not activate there were dual frequency and you need a special tool which nobody seems to have to activate on program the sensors. I called pelican back and their Porsche specialist told me those sentences will not work. I asked why do you have them listed on your website as a correct fit for my car long story short I had to order four more sensors to the tune of $436. I have to have the wheels removed again Sensors installed. I tried programming the sensors with a Foxwell toms programmer and they would not. they offered me in store credit, but only once the faulty sense were returned so presently I’m out about $800 for the sensors which includes the cost of programmer which I will return and no working TPS in my car until the new sensors arrive. Point being they were advertised as a correct fit on their website which they are not by their own admission and this is piss poor business practice.
