I have some snagging jobs that needed doing with my new lodge home. Lewis arrived today (three days early) to complete them. He was very respectful, removed shoes at the door and completed everything quickly and efficiently. Great service thank you Lewis, I know I’m fussy but you dealt with everything with humour and patience 😂

We've just taken delivery of a Pemberton Super Lodge ready for an owner, and the team that put the holiday home together couldn't be better! Friendly and helpful, and getting stuck in, through the rain and mud! We have one extremely happy owner. You get what you pay for, and the service is 10/10!

What a fantastic company, from first communication to end product, what lovely people from ian(sales),jane(secretary),and especially kevin(architect),he advised me on plinth to hold up my light fitting, sent 2 tower showers up,with light fitting and all was installed.
I'm so thrilled with my arrondale lodge, the finish is superb, I would highly recommend if your thinking of buying a pemberton

We had some snagging issues which Stuart has fixed this morning. He arrived pretty much on time, was really thorough and tidied up brilliantly afterwards. We waited a long time for the visit, hence 4 stars, but Stuart did a great job.

Arranged to have 2new radiators installed in bathroom and on suite, the fitting went well with no issues and work man left it in working order and very tidy and we were very pleased with the overall results.

Pemberton arranged to come and replace a shower door .
They arrived on arranged date and on time .
The guy who was fitting the door was very professional he removed his shoes at the door and even hoovered when he left , if only all tradesman were the same

I had a new bath and shower side fitted by the engineers. It was a reasonable quote and the engineers were lovely, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend using Pemberton for all my van repairs going forward.

Well am more than very happy with my pemberton Abingdon 38 x 12 it's coming up 3 year old and it's as good as new nothing has gone wrong with my van and it very well made truly pemberton should be the best made static caravan company based on the quality of their products. Once again I have to write a review because am so impressed with this model.

This review is an honest and as accurate as possible. Apologies as it is a long review but given the issues you may understand why.
I purchased a Pemberton Regent van in Feb 2025. I had a swift Bordeaux which was a lovely van. Sadly, my husband passed away and although we had so many lovely memories in the van it became hard to be in there. I made the decision to change the van and after being convinced Pemberton were not only the best for quality but for customer service. The van was delivered 4th Feb and I went to view it on 7th Feb. When I went into the van I didn't feel excited but quite dissapointed, both toilets had what appeared to be black 'feet' marks on them. There were white stains on the one armchair, a bulge in the arm of the settee, the furniture in the kitchen had moved in transit and we could not open the kitchen door. The Wall covering not properly adhered with 'bubbling' in the bed room, I took some photos and glad I did, but this was nothing in comparison to was to follow. The van was sited and could be occupied 5th March. On that morning I had a call to say there was a small leak in the boiler but I could still have cold water and heating and that it would be fixed ASAP. As I was driving to the caravan I had a further call to say the van had FROST DAMAGE!! and the problem was far more serious, this was supposed to be a brand new van!!!!. I had no option but to continue as my car was fully laden and all my belongings from my old caravan were stored with other people on the site. When I arrived at the van water was pouring out of the kitchen tap, all taps including the shower had to be changed. I could use the water but only by going outside, crawling under the van, turning on the water, getting what I wanted then turning it back off, doing this even in the dark. I was devastated to say the least, and after losing my husband was not in any frame of mind to have this happen and kept thinking 'what have I done', and felt I had made a bad decision, and felt devastated!!
The taps were changed over the next few days, however, the boiler was not fixed until 14th March, which meant no hot water. I had to wash and shower in cold water. The shower still did not work properly even after the boiler was fixed. For days it was still freezing cold. After a few adjustments and being told I was not using it correctly I finally had hot water. However, the shower could not be regulated and the water was scalding. I asked someone to check it and they found the same. It was dangerous. Turns out the shower valve had to be changed due to the frost damage. This was done and finally the shower could be used 21st March. I cannot explain how with all the problems and with my situation how low I sunk, I didn't want to be in the new van, distraught does not come close.
I wrote a letter to the MD at Pemberton, expressing what had happened and how I felt, but received no response. I telephoned him and left voice mail, he did call me the following day and asked me what issues I had, which I found absolutely astounding as I was told the issues had been elevated to the highest level, and that everyone including senior management at Pemberton had been made aware of the problems. I followed the call up with a telephone message expressing my surprise that he was not aware of the issues incurred, but no response received. I also found out my sister sent an email to Pemberton to say how concerned my family were for my well being with all that was going on with the caravan, she never received any response!
A few weeks after having the van I noticed a mark on my settee, turns out it was knife cut. I advised the rep for Pemberton and also the site owner. I advised Pemberton that I wanted the settee replaced, but they refused and disputed the damage. However, on the photos I took on 7th Feb you can actually see the damage on the sofa. All photos were sent to the MD, who never responded direct. Eventually after going to Trading Standards, I sent an official letter, Pemberton reimbursed me for a settee to the cost of £766 and said it was a 'gesture of goodwill' I had them take the damaged one back and I purchased my own. Having no faith in further damage in my van I asked for an extended Warranty but had no response on this. In addition I paid to have the washing machine removed from inside the van, I was concerned it could leak and given I have had so many problems I did not want to risk any further damage. Removing the washing machine meant I had replace a kitchen unit. I asked Pemberton for a price to buy a carcass, they wanted to charge me £125 plus vat and £56 delivery charge plus vat, so £217 for a unit. I have ordered a unit for £109 delivered.
To conclude, I am utterly dissapointed with Pemberton and with the van, Pemberton have not even had the decency to send a letter of apology.
