Bad polyester trash in tiny sizes. Don't oder there!

An absolute scam - the clothes look completely different than displayed online and is cheap, thick polyester with poor execution. Customer service will not accept return or refund and do not acknowledge the problem in selling a different product than what is advertised.

I saw this site advertised on Instagram where the clothes look great. Since making the purchase i have seen the same clothes being sold under several different names *alarm bells*

I spent almost £100 on 3 items which took months to arrive and are utter garbage. There is one dress that has ruching on the picture on the website. I received it with plain cheap fabric with black wiggly lines printed on to look like ruching!

One of the blouses doesn't look quite as bad from a distance but up close its got white lock stitching around all the fabric edges (on a dark green blouse). It looks like it's inside out or unfinished.

I haven't even bothered opening the third dress, I can see it's the same cheap fabric as the others though and I'm not sure i can cope with the disappointment.

I don't even think a charity shop will want this tat. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT purchase from here. The clothes look nothing like the photos. I purchased a shirt and a dress for $100. The shirt sleeves were not the same size at all... The dress was snagged everywhere. The material looks and feels so cheap. Best part was that their "customer service" said the items were not returnable based on my description of these issues and could only offer me a $10 discount. These clothes are garbage and I just wasted a bunch of money. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.

Sadly I can confirm the 1 star reviews regarding this website. The material is similar to that of a fancy dress costume. It is not cotton. The seams on my top are also really badly sewn. The style is nice but it’s a real shame the quality is really, really bad and I buy from charity shops regularly ( so I don’t have high standards). I’ve paid about £30 for this - not even going to attempt a refund - it is my own fault for not checking the reviews first. I think instagram and facebook need to do a better job of checking who they are letting advertise on their sites.

The photos on the site do not match the products you receive - the products you receive will be a cheap and nasty polyester copy, not the cotton blend promised on the website. They will also only accept returns if there are quality issues with the items - even though they fully lie and are misleading and send you stuff that does not match the website at all!!! When I try and say this to them to try and get them to authorise the return so I can get my money back they just keep parroting the same thing back to me - absolutely appalling company that should be shut down!!!

Clothes don’t look anything like on the website- poor quality material, different patterns etc. Sizing is also TINY. I ordered large and I’m usually an 8/10- I can barely get them on. Will not accept returns, even though the blouse I got is clearly different to the one on the site. Just don’t order from here.

DO NOT ORDER - they are a SCAM!! Ordered from Penkia 7 weeks ago and they insisted the package was delivered 3 weeks ago but couldn't prove it and told me to call the carrier who was Chinese and had no US number for service. No refund, no package. Going to report to BBB.

AWFUL DO NOT BUY! Cheap clothes with no label. NOT what you see here - the photo is a totally different fabric and it is not a cotton blend. You would never be able to sleep in these it feels like wearing plastic. If I could give 0 stars I would.

DO NOT purchase from this website!! Ordered items over 1 month ago via instagram, recieved them 3 days ago and Im shocked at how awful the quality is. The items dont match the web pictures at all, a complete CON!!! Returns policy is misleading and customer service is terrible!!!

Do not order from Penkia. Ordered a month ago and finally received it today. The quality was really poor, very cheap polyester material that is sometimes see through. Trying to return it now but based on my conversations so far and the other reviews, this feels like a scam so not sure I will get anything back and will have to involve my credit card company. Found it advertised on Instagram.

Update 7/2 - after a couple weeks of going back and forth with their useless customer service team, I reported them to my credit card company who is disputing the claim and I believe they will get my money back. Also filed a claim with econsumer.gov so hopefully no one else will get scammed by these garbage people.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. Item shown in Instagram ad was clearly a cotton blend, and that was the fabric described in the listing. What I got was a cheap polyester copy, and there was a gross stain on the collar! For a near $60 order, the company offered me a $10 "compensation". I am trying to go through PayPal, and hope they will help. It's criminal to cheat people like that.

Do not purchase from here. Clothes are cheap an nasty and do not match the description on the website. For example, I bought a pair of 'cotton blend' pajamas. They arrived in an odd size and were made of fully synthetic material - not breathable at all. The design and make was also different to the image on the website. The product was much shoddier in real life.

Terrible return policy. From their website:

1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.

2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.
