I loved working with Penny & Sinclair. They were the most helpful and patient people ever.Even though our mortgage got delayed for a few months, Sean was extremely understanding and helpful. I couldn't have wished for better service.

I had an issue with a leak that we couldn’t locate where the damage was coming from. She took it upon herself to resolve which was not straight forward because the property was being damaged by a commercial building. I cannot recommend Emilia enough and if you want your property look after by her I would definitely highly recommend.

Joanna, our property manager, has been incredibly helpful with any issues we’ve had in our apartment. She responds to emails quickly, stays on top of things, and always does her best to assist. Her professionalism and reliability are truly appreciable.
