Helen was amazing to deal with from the initial viewing, to deciding if it was the right place for me. No pressure & once I had decided Helen liaised with the landlord on my behalf over & above the normal. The personal touch really made the difference & your upbeat enthusiasm is infectious.

Over the Christmas holiday, we spent 12 fabulous days in Oxford! Not only did we love the three-bedroom flat we leased, but it was also a joy to work with Penny & Sinclair, who provided excellent customer service and managed the booking with expertise. Whenever I had a question, they promptly responded and solved any problems we had, which were minor, because the flat was in fantastic condition. Some management companies find dealing with actual customers a hassle, but everyone at Penny & Sinclair always responded to me in a helpful and friendly manner! I would definitely let a short-term flat through them in the future. In fact, my family and I are already discussing a return to Oxford in 2025, and undoubtedly, we would choose the same flat again!

The team was super helpful in organising my stay for 4 weeks in Oxford. There were many problems with the flat when I moved in, all of which predated Nafeesa's joining the company. These have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Selling your family home is a big scary venture. I invited 3 local Estate Agents to value the house, then I picked the one that I thought I’d most like to work with, and that was Joe at Penny & Sinclair. He comes across as a genuinely nice guy, because he really is a genuinely nice guy. But he’s also incredibly good at his job. He understands the local market, and quickly lined up a week of viewings. No time-wasters, just genuine buyers who actually wanted our type of house. In no time at all, we had multiple buyers interested, and we accepted an offer well above the asking price. There were bumps along the way, as there are with most house sales, but he was on-it straight away, liaising effortlessly between buyer, seller, and both solicitors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe & his team.

I used Penny&sinclair for a 2 week stay in an Airbnb. They were absolutely amazing at communicating… if there was a problem in the property they would sort it out. They were quick & always on hand when we needed them. Would 100% recommend
