After carefully investigating your order, we discovered that the shipping label had unfortunately been tampered with at the warehouse, which prevented the parcel from being picked up by the courier. As a result, the shipment remained at the warehouse instead of entering the delivery network. Once we traced the issue, we immediately arranged for the order to be dispatched again.
As a small gesture of apology for the inconvenience and delay, we have also included a complimentary Hero ink bottle along with the original pen you ordered.

Great Pens, Bad Packing
You guys have some good vintage model fountain pens. But the way you deliver them is awful.
Hero 329 was delivered with cap open, nib had pierced the plastic case and was tucking out. Fortunately it is working fine.
I had ordered one more hero pen, Hero 70 blue body. It's syringe is not sucking ink properly. Sorry, won't suggest it to anyone.

The email support via Gmail was satisfactory and my queries were addressed properly. However, the WhatsApp contact number listed on the Penshelf website was unresponsive, which was disappointing. Additionally, it took more than a week for my order to be dispatched, which felt unusually long compared to my experiences with other pen retailers. I have previously purchased pens from stores such as Hello August (Trivandrum), PenWorld (Chennai) and Kanwrites and did not face such delays. It would be helpful if Penshelf could provide a responsive mobile contact option and improve the order dispatch timeline.
