I would definitely recommend Pension Pulse. They work as a team and are extremely professional. Everyone I dealt with was reassuring and knowledgeable explaining everything in a way that I could understand and always willing to listen and answer questions. Throughout the whole process they kept me fully informed, were faultlessly polite and friendly and everything went through as promised. Everything checked out on the FCA website prior to working with them. Contact via teams was also great and they even gave me advice on how to use subtitles to help me hear the conversation as I am hard of hearing. Just great people

Earlier this year I was contacted several times by my previous workplace pension providers to remind me that, as I’m now 55, I should start looking at my pensions to assess whether I could retire comfortably or not. I’ve had a nice feeling with Pension Pulse since the very beginning, my gut was telling me I could trust them and after a few meetings they’ve managed to get everything sorted for me practically with a blink of an eye! I’ve had so many questions, they’ve had the patience to explain and illustrate how everything works, they’ve provided me with advice as to which options would best work for my circumstances, they’ve been guiding me every step of the way, making me feel protected and leaving me with the comfort that I’m now going into the right directions. I feel so relieved as the whole matter around my pension has now started getting much clearer.
