Eric in Phoenix was very professional from the very moment I walked into the office. I am in Phoenix from Washington State on behalf of my employer, and Eric knew what I was in his office for, and promptly assisted me and I had no wait.
What I did have was a very friendly atmosphere, a courtesy charge on my cell phone, and a nice cold bottle of water; for it is very hot in Phoenix. I will definitely relay this to my employer so hopefully he would send me back to Penske again. Thank you

Penske Customer Service is the Worst Part
Hi Penske,
Thank you for taking the time to respond to this review. I understand your frustration when customers try to hold you to a standard because it’s difficult for you to do so for yourself as a company.
That said, when I purchased the red reefer from Columbus Ohio, I made sure the auction report said “Truck Drives” and “No warning lights” on the report. You see as I said before, which was totally overlooked, “as-is” does not mean you sell a truck on auction that is materially different than what the report says and then say the report tore at guarantee anything. Don’t do the report then.
Next time I buy a truck, maybe Penske will just swap it with another from their lot and say that the auction report is not guaranteed. At what point do you draw the line?
Importantly, maybe next time Penske responds to a complaint they can also look into and acknowledge and rectify the capital-H Horrendous service I received from their team, who never returns calls or email. And even when the rep who helped me got fired, still didn’t reach out.
Service from Penske including how they answer their review is the worst part of the experience.
