Scam. Don't give them your information, they're not removing it, they're actually spreading it. All these companies lure you into providing all kinds of sensitive information so they can sell it and spread it around. Biggest mistake ever. You pay $19 a month and they continue to tell you there are 400 breaches of your information and the numbers never come down. "Our team is working on it". No they aren't. It shouldn't take months for them to wipe out this information. Scam, don't provide them your information!

I made up an email address and it came back with fake information from my phone.
Just a garbage scam operator.

It is a scam!

Went onto a VM (Virtual Machine) Put the same email in, just to find, the leaked location had changed.

Do not buy anything from these people, thank you very much.

Bullshit. Pay to use. And full of lies... All the people like the 0day guy from instagram and tiktok most likely have no clue what they are yapping. I used this with betternews [dot] app, my domain, guess what. It told me that my app uses cloudflare, and that someone could use that against me. Yeah, okay? now? I did it with my email and it told me my browsers ip was leaked. i tested this with browserling [dot] com and it showed the virtual browsers ip. Just don't use their crap. I think deleteme would be a better alternative to whatever pentester [dot] com provides

Like everyone else, I wanted to give pentester.com a try after hearing about it on YouTube. It seemed mostly impressive at first, finding a lot of leaked information. For $19 a month, having a service automatically remove my sensitive information seemed like a steal. However after about two months I noticed it hanging on the same number of removals with a signify number still out there and "in the process of being removed".

I think it's a neat idea, but between the number staying the same, the absolutely horrible user interface, AND (most importantly) nowhere to cancel the service (had to block the merchant on my credit card)... I had enough. Definitely a gimmick for now. Do not pay for this.

Pentester's willingness and ability to reach out to its subscribers with STATUS UPDATES is really appreciated. This wasn't an expectation of mine, as other subscriptions take your money, try to upsell you, and never provide detailed status on "what matters" to my security posture. I hope I said that correctly. Great service to date, and I look forward to many more years of them servicing my security needs.

I can't get a hold of support worth my life and now got to go through a bank dispute. Very unsatisfied is an understatement especially after watching the CEO on You tube brag about how much money they're making.

you can't get in touch with anyone the phones don't work customer service very very very very poor I could not sign in to my account and I also could not cancel my service I had to cancel my credit card they took two months payments I would not recommend this company to anyone and I was surprised because I saw the owner of the company on the Shawn Ryan show

I just wanted to thank you guys for the overall content and UX of this website, it was so clear and concise in explaining what is happening and what has been found, etc. It made it clear to understand what it is that I am seeing. The language and articulation is phenomenal and it made me appreciate the care and consideration that was put into the UI & UX of this website. So I just wanted to send some love and admiration to the Designers and Developers that built this site. Even the site overall is awesome, I was shocked to see what has been leaked. As a South African the price is a little steep to currently be able to get the subscription, but will definitely get it as soon as I am able with, just because of how well the content is in educating me on what it is that I am looking at.

Did not work for me. I chatted for help and got a chat back that did not explain a resolution. I did see the issue in their help, I did what it said, but that did not fix the issue. I really wanted this to work for me.

During the most recent Social Security data breach Pentester identified my personal information was at risk and gave me the opportunity to take action. Real help from the good guys!

After hearing about the recent massive data breach on the news, I checked online to see if I was affected. Every other site wanted money right away or forced me to sign up but Pentester told exactly which usernames and passwords were affected so I could change them right away and they never asked me for a dime. I signed up for monthly monitoring because I've heard such good things about it.

Pentester made things easy and I felt safe knowing they were looking out for me. Thank you to Pentester staff!

They were very truthful about their life experiences and although I didn’t necessarily agree with all of their views I believe they want to help people change their lives around whether they have the same beliefs or not. They were very sincere in their presentations.

I created an account only to find out it wasn't available for international users at the time. Customer service tried to convince me that it was coming and that I should stay on, continuing to pay for a useless service. I will be expecting a full refund.
