The trip was well planned and the cost was reasonable. Our tour guide Ann Tsao was very knowledgeable and caring. We definitely will book another trip from Peony Tours in the future !

The salesperson
The salesperson, Sam, set us up to get to our destination one day in advance of the start of our tour because flights won't arrive in time to join the tour.
Our tour guide, Eddie Chen, did an exceptional job describing the history of the sites we visited.
I was the only non-speaking Chinese tourist of the group. Eddie explained in English and Chinese.

Wonderful Trip in Taiwan
We had a wonderful time in Taiwan. The local tour guide is very informative and funny. His name is Alan Chou and he gave us details and historical perspectives of each place that we visited in Taiwan. The local foods were delicious and tasty, especially the fresh seafoods and tropical fruits. We really had a great time in Taiwan and cannot wait to come back again.

This was our first tour. It was very organized and the hotels were wonderful. Our tour guide, Eddie, was great. He was enthusiastic and gave detailed explanations for all stops. He cared a lot for us and our tour group! He made sure we all had a great experience. We will book with Peony Tours again.

Great trip and best tour guide Mr. Wei Chen
We participated in the Central and Eastern European tour group from October 16th to October 27th, and the tour arrangements were excellent, especially customer service personnel Julia and tour guide manager Wei Chen, they were very helpful and friendly. This was our first time traveling with Peony Tours, it left a great impression on us. We enjoyed this trip very much and will participate in Peony Tours other trips in the future.

My husband and I recently joined 12 days GEMS of Europe in October 2025 tours and we’re absolutely satisfied. The journey schedule is very good and our tours guy Ocean is very professional Chinese or English easy to understand even my Chinese is not that good haha. All the hotels we stayed are very clean and comfortable. My husband and I were very happy throughout the entire trip in future we will join Peony tour and recommend to our friends and family. See you soon.

Good experience
We took the 12-day GEMS of Europe in Oct 2025. We have a very good experience. The journey schedule is very good. We visited the major point of interest, a lot of history sites and took a lot of pictures. The tour guide Jeffrey and local tour guide are very friendly and professional. All hotels we stayed are clean and luxury and meal were delicious.
In the future, we will join tours from Peony tours and also recommend to my friends.
