Never received the tracking number and never received any message,I almost think it’s a scam company

I saw the relatively low rating here, but decided to give things a chance anyway. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Pricing was excellent. Items were packaged with care. Shipping was fast - ordered on Nov 17th and it was shipped on the 19th. The tops of the decants were teflon tape wrapped to prevent any leaks. Everything was authentic. Will definitely be purchasing from Perfuum again. Thanks!

I’m happy with my 5ml Habit Rouge Spirit by Guerlain. Fast shipping. Clearly high quality not watered down. And authentic.

It’s understandable that companies might have delays in shipping due to whatever reason, but the way this one handles communications is just non-existent. Ordered a 5ml sample on May 12, on the shipping page it said it would arrive by May 19. On May 18, I reach out to them, as I have not received any update about the shipping. No reply. On May 20 (yesterday) I reach out again. No reply again. Complaining on here as it seems they are pretty fast at replying to trustpilot complaints. Gonna wait one or two more days before asking for a refund. I’ll make sure to buy from someone else next time and I advise you to do the same.

Total scam...what I ordered from the photo was what I thought would be a travel size of Particle Gravite...they sent me a tiny vial of p-ss...when I complained they mentioned the disclaimers..

Has been 7 business days since I ordered my sample, and written them to get an update on the status and gotten no reply. At this point I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed…

Absolute garbage!!!!! Who are these people that run this kind of Scam business!! I ordered a men’s cologne, and it was clearly some sort of Cheap knock off!! I ordered Bond No. 9 a “Scent of Peace for Him”!! As soon as I smell the outside of the bottle, I knew it was fake. Sprayed it on my skin and immediately could tell it was a horrible knock off!! I wouldn’t trust any of their products to be authentic complete garbage bullshit company!

I’m am incredibly disappointed. I have messaged through the shop app, twice, text the number on their page, and emailed twice to get an update on a purchase I made on December 30th. It hasn’t been shipped or changed status since then. I haven’t received any sort of response. I hope this isn’t the typical way they do business. I will be contacting my bank and will continue with further reporting to the necessary outlets by tomorrow, if no response.

Im so glad that I ordered from perfuum, I wanted to order from a trustworthy small company, had a discount for SB and found out that was a joke like what decant company does not carry name brand EDT? I am happy I did my research, most companies sell 5 ml I got 8, with the shipping the price is right on so they must be getting a very good deal on cologne, like I said most companies are selling just half of this for the same price. Thank you perfuum.com I really like the glass bottle, and thank you for the fast shipping NY to OR in three days

This is the place to go for decant designer perfumes. Faster shipping than the site says, and better prices than you're going to find. I'll keep coming back.

I've ordered from Perfuum many times at this point, and it has always been an excellent experience. Legit fragrances, clearly labeled (with batch codes to help us with future purchases and reformulations), and great quality vials/atomizers (some sites have atomizers that have a fishy smell, theirs never do). They always include a little something extra in each order as well that I highly appreciate. Store selection is also amazing - there are fragrances here that I can't find samples of elsewhere. Highly recommended, order with confidence!
