Absolutely fantastic service!
Absolutely fantastic service from the Perma Power team. They fixed my generator and got it running smoothly after two other companies had come out and tried to just sell me an entire new home generator. I asked them to provide a quote for my mother's home and the price came out far better than any other company and also offered an incredible ten year warranty on it! The professionalism of this company cannot be understated and I highly recommend them!
I'd also like to note that as an additional bonus, I'm an Expat living outside of the United States with limited trips back home so it's very hard to find good service on short notice. I reached out to them during my trip back home when I discovered my generator wasn't functioning correctly and they showed up immediately to fix the issue. Thank you so much for the quick response time and you've won me singing praises about you anywhere I go. If only you offered your services outside of Louisiana or the country, I'd be pulling you in everywhere I go!
