This is the second time I have used your service and although my first time was very difficult to receive I decided to give you a second chance and ordered another will kit. It arrived quickly and I was able to complete it with no problem. I did not have any problem with the first one when my husband passed so I will recommend this way to my friends.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the kit didn’t meet your expectations.
Our Personal Will Kit is intentionally designed to be straightforward and practical, providing the essential forms and instructions needed to create a legally valid Will. That said, we understand that some customers may expect additional materials or guidance, and we appreciate you highlighting this.
If you’re open to it, we’d be happy to learn more about what you were hoping to see included or to assist you directly—our support team is always available by phone or email.
