I am sorry to see this review Elissa. We will contact you directly to investigate this. You were clearly expecting to receive something that isn't included in our kit. We will be in touch. Best wishes.

It was very straight forward
It was very straight forward, easy to follow. The sample copy was very useful.I made a rough copy first had a friend go over it with me, made a couple tweeks. It didn't take much time at all. Nice to do it in the comfort of my home and not in a lawyer's office spending hundreds of dollars.
