So ordered this Product about a Month ago as a test because we get Random bugs an Insects so far only 1 Unit but it definitely is working to repel all critters from the area its at I really am impressed by this Product ordering More soon for Both internal an external

Horrible dishonest company. I asked to cancel my order of 6 units and be refunded. I was assured they would. The next day I received an email that my order shipped. I emailed them again and was told it was an internal error and once I received the product, I could send it back for a refund BUT I would have to pay for the shipping costs. I was very upset obviously. They offered a partial refund for the inconvenience which I accepted. I did receive that however, once my order arrived, I only received 1 of the 6. The company owes me another refund because what I paid even after the partial refund does not equal out. 1 unit is 29.99 and I paid 65.66. Not cool. I have sent 4 emails since receiving the 1 item (showed pictures of the package) and have not received a single response. I will continue to email and blast the company everywhere until they make it right.

Horrible! Sent the wrong items twice and wants me to pay for return shipping for their mistake. This company seems like a scam.

Company has two different products that I ordered. The first order still has not arrived or had any updates on time of arrival after 9 days. The second order came quickly and is working as far as I can tell that would be the pest plug in for the house. The first order apparently is coming from China (thought I was ordering from an American based company). If I had known ahead of time where it was being shipped from, I never would have placed the order. The second order did come from within the US. Customer service is none existent either way as there is no phone number only an email. Their answers are short and never complete. Still waiting for a refund as was over charged on one of the orders. Buyer beware.

My daughter purchased 6 of your product and it doesn't work at all it's all a lie🤬 I seriously regret that I let my daughter purchase your crappie product!!!

Initially I wasn’t sure the devices were working. In fact I saw more bugs for a few days. But after two weeks I haven’t seen any all day! So relieved!

Wow ...I just plugged pestlab in and 20 mins later, a mouse was in the kitchen on the floor, just laying there. I didn't have my eye glasses on and I almost picked it up with my bare hands. I thought it was garbage. That was quick, thank you, Pestlab!

So far it working! It’s early, but only found 1 bug crawling around after a week. It’s early but seems to be working!! Great product & experience!

I've basically had this for about 3 weeks and it got rid of some ants but still having issues with fleas but hopefully I'll get some more asap but doesn't bother my cat at all. I hope this can help repel even prevent more bugs coming in

Products arrived quickly, plugged in, started seeing results in little over a week, I am highly satisfied, best money I have spent for peace of mind and getting a good night's sleep !! Highly recommend these products well worth the money !!!

So far so good no ants just seen one brown spider but that was it of now im keep checking windows seals and walls and my floor! I love it so far will get more soon and my mom and sister to get also

As expected, we saw an influx of ants in the first day or two and then a dramatic decrease. There is still an occasional stray but much improved!

Fast service and quality products.Put the mole chasers out. No moles have been seen. Usually they are a huge problem this time of the year. As long as the devices keep them out of my yard I Wii be very happy.

First shipment didn't have any product in bag, contacted company and they shipped a new order without any problem. Only have seen 1 bug since installing units.
