My PetalPal was a gift for her birthday. She loved it

1. The products are exceptionally attractive and well made.

5. Whist a little extended by the carrier, delivery progress was communicated at every stage.

The daffodils are beautiful, they are my daughter’s favourite flower and her going through Breast Cancer surgery at the moment and in hospital, these are ideal.
They won’t die and she loves them.
They brightened up her day.

The card is quite nice and similar to description when ordered I was disappointed the flowers look much less attractive than on site.The delivery was made to the wrong house which is not occupied but fortunately family was visiting and delivered to me .

Received reasonably promptly. Arrived flat, disappointed only with the delivery driver who left it in front of our garage downstairs in the rain at 4am. Fortunately plastic wrapped so it survived. Probably will buy again

My daughter sent me this for my birthday thinking it was Australian company and that it would arrive before my birthday. She ordered 10 days before and it was 5 days before it got shipped....FROM CHINA. It arrived today...10 days after my birthday. They don't really look the same as they're represented online but they're ok. The small size one is very small and the large is an okay size. The personalised greeting card was a very small tag with only half of the message. It's a good concept but it missed the mark on quality and value for money and the fact that it's not an Australian company as advertised but a dishonest Chinese drop shipping organisation. I think when my daughter sees it she will be disappointed with what she spent her money on
