Another useless app that feels like a scam to steal from the peanuts that pet sitters earn..They charge huge commission and on top of that asks for criminal record, ID, do several tests, verify phone, email, Facebook, Google, asks for certifications, business licence and police clearance.

I am very satisfied with the assistance provided by Maria from the support team. She has been incredibly professional and thorough during my verification process. I appreciate how seriously PetBacker takes security, as it ensures a trustworthy environment for both sitters and pet parents. Maria guided me clearly through the document requirements and helped me get my listing approved quickly. Excellent customer service!

If you follow the rules of the app its a very good and safe way to find a petsitter for your pet. At first, the app is a bit complicated to use. I get quite a lot offers to petsit other people's dogs, and so far I just had very good clients. Payment is very fast and worked perfectly to my Revolut. If you want to upgrade something, then its the apps design and usability.
Sad that so many people left a bad review, because they got a bad experience with the petsitter. This Trustpilot is about the app!!!

El servicio al cliente es super atento y te resuelve siempre, en mi caso han sido rápidos en contestarme.
El porcentaje del seguro es un poco elevado, sin embargo, entiendo que al tener más reservas te cobran menos.
La app me ha servido excelentemente para concretar los trabajos y tener una ganancia extra considerable.

I hesitated to give my email. I have been spammed crazily since and I cannot unsubscribe. I deleted my account after one week. Great idea but it didn't work for me and I didn't use it after. It was just for once.

Great app for pet parents and pet sitters.and customer support solved any problems quickly.

Jenny from customer support is my favourite support agent. She's always friendly and has always resolved my problem (all the agents have been great and have assisted me, but Jenny has something a little extra that can be felt through the words typed). Customer support is very responsive and efficient at solving requests.

The app is a bit difficult to figure out in the beginning but the notifications help a bit in guiding the user.

As a pet sitter/pet walker, the percentage retained is a bit steep, most of the times equal to 25% of the price paid by the pet owner.

Throughout all difficulties and emergencies, they always helped me and that made me be one me of the best Petbackers in the app:))
