Pet belongs has very good material and, they are very helpful and quick to answer any question.

Purchased 2 of these vests for my husband’s Service Dog. Went on PetBelong’s website to purchase a replacement clip after 1 broke and could not find any link for replacement parts. Contacted the company inquiring if they could send me a link so that I could replace the broken clip and we were very quickly contacted by Mitch from their Client Experience Team, 1st apologizing for the clip breaking then asking for our address so that he could immediately send out a replacement. AMAZING Customer Service and a prompt resolution to our problem!!! Customer’s for Life for sure!!!

I bought a Tactical No Pull dog harness for my 50kg (110lb) dog back in November 2023, just getting around to this review now. This is the second identical harness I've bought for him and they are simply great. The first one is still in use but having been subjected to water, seawater, mud and everything else he loves it is just getting a bit grubby but all stitching and buckles are still perfect. My dog can be quite jerky and easily distracted on lead being a Maremma (that's just their nature) and this harness is perfect for protecting him and strong for me to control him. The quality is great, the harness is very durable with strong stitching and great buckles which he has certainly tested often. In Aussie dollars these are at the higher end of harnesses but I'm convinced they are good value compared to some others that I've tried and didn't last long at all with broken stitching and buckles in a short time. Fast delivery too. I'm happy to recommend these for big dogs as they are great in my opinion.

Excellent product and communication with Petbelong when I had a question

Ordered two of the tac harnesses and had initial difficulties with sizing and how to set up the side straps, which were loose (due to the way I had set them up).
Customer service was patient and sent me instructional videos for set up, and offered free returns, outside of shipping/handling, for the exchange to the correct size.
Even with the time difference (I am in Australia) customer service communications were very timely and professional. Very happy with service - thank you.

Delivery was quick as expected. Fit and adjustment is super easy. Dogs have taken to them quite easily.
2 Golden Retrievers 85 and 110 pounders, my 100 lb wife handles them much easier than conventional collar. The harnesses have performed exactly as advertised.

Great products, with quick delivery.

I have two wonderful english black labs. Both of them wear one of these awesome harnesses. the pouches that I ordered with them are very handy for carrying treats on our long walks in the country.
The delivery took awhile but the product and customer support were great.

Bad fit, straps won't stay locked. had to buy new clips that actually work. Very poor Chinese product. Waste of money

Just wanted to say Thank you. We received the tac harness yesterday. Our daughter had purchased one from you some time ago for her German Shepherd and it has been brilliant. So when we got our own beautiful German shepherd “Luna” we purchased one for her too. She put in on and thought herself very important. She loves it and so do we. Thank you

Thank you, Your products are awesome as well, as well made. Sent the info for your products to many of my Vet. Brothers… Keep up the great work

Thanks Again, Tim Ubels CDN. Army Retired.

Omg 🥲 amazing quality!!!! Worth every single dollar!

Really impressed with the ease of ordering, fast shipping and VERY high quality harness. Glad I ordered the small (we have a 22 kilo Border Collie).

Very robust and good quality products. Arrived on time and within the time frames promised. A customer service rep was in contact with us throughout the journey and my 40kg pup loves his harness and going for walks.

PETBELONG Tactical harness
I saw the Petbelong Tactical Harness on Instagram on July 2023. It looked pretty good and as I have a 7 month old Whippet and she is 0-150 in seconds with a tremendous amount of energy. An ordinary collar was no good as she would pull to the point of choking. I couldn't wait to get Bonnie into it. At first it was a struggle to get it on because she was fidgety, but after a week with a lot of praise and liver treats she can't wait to put it on and go out. The transformation was nothing short of amazing as she was easy to command and more responsive and a lot calmer. Fantastic craftsmanship and looks to be extremely durable. 5 STARS and definitely 10/10. Stuart and Bonnabelle

Couldn’t be happier! Exactly what I was looking for, took a couple of minutes to figure out how to put it on but she’s comfortable which is a good thing from China to Wisconsin just short of a week,😁 I’ve had things take longer to be delivered from state to state, thank you! Leash sis is cool to.

Amazing customer support and response time after I made an error with my online order. The resolution was swift and most helpful!

I had an excellent purchasing experience, with the exception of the delivery time. I ordered on June 10th, 2023, and received on June 28th. I would have given 5 stars had the delivery time been reasonable. However, there was excellent communication from customer service regarding the journey of fulfillment on my order. The harness is the best one I have tried for my dog, and I have tried 3 others in the last 2 months. It is well constructed, strong materials, well-padded for my dog's comfort, and attractive. One suggestion; the company needs to supply a diagram of how to size it on your animal. I recommend the harness without hesitation. I also purchased some of the accessories which were worth it to me. Be prepared for a long fulfillment process.

Outstanding customer service. Super fast shipping and great communication
Back in December I had ordered an xl vest that was clear was never going to fit my dog—my bad—
So I ordered a size large and they refunded by purchase price minus shipping and said I could keep or donate the xl vest
I will be donating it to a shelter that could use it
Thank you once again

We ordered a large harness because the pup we bought it for was at the top end of the medium. We could not tighten it enough so I asked for an exchange. They responded quickly. Yes we had to pay another 19.95$ for the shipping and handling but that was okay. They allowed me th donate the large one to a worthy charity which pleased us immensely. We chose the Humane Society as there is a great need at shelters due to overcrowding. We also have 2 grand puppies who have the harness and they are tremendous. Quality is excellent and also looks great.
