Cheaply made, with parts that keep breaking. It doesn’t effectively deodorise and is now leaking urine.
Customer service is also extremely disappointing, they don’t respond to issues or support requests.
On top of that, delivery times are falsely advertised. You end up waiting weeks just for dispatch, and that only happens after you chase them up yourself.
They also hide their lower than 2 stars reviews.

I purchased this kitty litter dome and as all have stated took over 4 weeks to arrive. This machine is crape. From the start I had problems with it and now it's leaking urine. I tried to contact them via emails and no response. Its a piece of junk. Don't waste your money.
Worth it for multi cat homes
We have three cats so fur is always an issue. This purifier helps a lot with the floating hair and keeps the air feeling fresh near the litter area.

Delivery has not occurred. It has been 5 business days and no confirmation that the courier has even received the consignment documentation. I am asking for a refund. Appears to be a scam.

took a month to arrive. the machine just broke and won’t do a cleaning cycle only had it for over 2 and a half months. really disappointed in the quality of the machine.

We have two cats and both are using it without issues. The litter stays cleaner for longer and it saves a lot of time compared to our old litter tray.

Smooth delivery experience
Shipping was pretty fast and tracking updates were clear the whole time. The box arrived in great condition and setup was easy. Overall a really smooth experience from ordering to using it.

Do not a purchase
Do not a purchase ! When I originally placed my order expecting it to arrive prior to collecting my kitten which I anticipating 10 days. So they don’t even hold the stock in Australia.
I started chasing up I found out that the stock not in the country and I had extensive delays for this -
at this point I asked to obtain a refund and to purchase elsewhere which I was told not option.
Not only could I not ever get this to work with there instructions and video links
Whilst I was concerned it was my outdated IT skills I paid $100 for someone to set this up for me to try and get this working
Not once even though trying the last month different litter - balancing - ensuring bag loaded correctly
Total waste of money -

love this petbuds pureair air purifier
We originally bought the Petbuds litter box and later decided to try the Petbuds pureair as well.
Our living room is where the cats spend most of their time and there’s always hair everywhere even after vacuuming you can still see tiny bits of fur floating around in the sunlight.
After running the purifier for a while, the air honestly feels a lot cleaner and there’s noticeably less floating hair in the room. If you have indoor cats and deal with fur constantly floating around the living room like we do, this actually makes a bigger difference than I expected. The air feels cleaner and the space just feels more comfortable to sit in.

My cat accepted it faster than I thought
My biggest concern was whether my cat would actually use it, surprisingly she started using it after a short adjustment period.
The automatic cleaning keeps the litter much fresher and I definitely notice less smell around the house now.

Customer service was really helpful before I purchased.
I had a few questions about whether my cat would adapt to it and they replied quickly and explained everything clearly.Great product!

DO NOT ORDER FROM PETBUDS
DO NOT ORDER FROM PETBUDS. We ordered a litter box on Feb 6th, and never received a shipping notification for 2 weeks, on Feb 23rd I called them and told them I wanted a refund if it wasn’t shipped by that night, magically I got a tracking number that proceeded to NOT MOVE for the rest of February, we called several times and were promised it had been shipped, we gave them a deadline of March 5th, and when it didn’t arrive we told them to refund it, which they agreed to, it is now March 16th and we haven’t received our money back and now they’ve told us they’re only processing the refund today, despite no one telling me that would be the case, and I know for a fact they received it back on March 10th as I got the notification it had been delivered back at their warehouse. I’m not unconvinced this company isn’t a scam.
faster than I expected
Ordered the litter box Tuesday arvo and turned up in under 5 days,no complaints here.Everything was packed well and nothing was damaged. Nice to see a pet product actually arrive when they say it will.

Don’t buy from them
I ordered the automatic kitty litter and the delivery time of 4-6 business days was advertised. I placed the order on the 16th of February and after following up several times and different dates given for delivery, I’ve now been told it could be the 20th of March. Based off other reviews , there seems to be a pattern of this, so if you are after some thing quick be wary.

Took 6 weeks for this to arrive and I live in the same state as it was sent from ! It didn’t arrive until I called PayPal and made a compliant .Save your money and don’t bother ! Was offered a 20 voucher that’s it . Will never shop here again.

Complete useless unless you buy the specific litter
Only connects on 2.4 wifi which is a pain
And completely scared one of the two cats, not a warning I think was stated. Their customer service is lacking, look at their responses, dismissive to customers and blaming others

Warning Do Not Buy anything online I am still arguing over getting the product after three weeks and then when I was told can you wait a few more days I did that still no automatic kitty litter tray so after messaging him several times for an update he said it was unreasonable for me to wait any longer and offered a refund that's fine I was told it be in my account Sunday for sure then today comes nothing this was not a few dollars where talking over three hundred I will attempt to resolve this by Wednesday I have recorded messages in writing confirming this I've been patient but my patience is running out I will give it until Wednesday then have no choice but to seek legal avenues it's been a waste of my time and a nightmare but if petbuds think they take your money and give you nothing in return I won't let that happen if they try and defend this terrible service Order Number will be suppllied to confirm what happened I have now recieved the refund and a prompt apology credit must go to them for that

Delayed postage
Purchased this product on Feb 12th, have not received any further information other than purchase details in shopify.
When emailing Petbuds they responded apologising for the delay and offered me a $20 voucher to their store, however did not provide me with a code to use the voucher.
They claim their delivery process was 4-6 business days. It’s now been 17 days.
Seems dodgy, will wait to receive product to update this review.
