We chose Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne as we liked how Kerry and the team came across to us, they were genuine and interested in us as the seller. They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked! Chloe at the Wellesbourne branch has been amazing from start to finish! She has answered every query and responded to every email or phone call in a timely manner. When I have been chasing my tail, trying to get things finalised, she has been available to support me. Moving house is always going to be a stressful event but Chloe has done everything possible to keep stress levels to a minimum. If I move again, Peter Clarke will be my agents of choice!
