I’ve just purchased a watch through Peter Jackson, the first time I’ve dealt with them.
Communication was excellent, delivery exactly when promised, and some nice little personal touches packed with the watch.
Excellent company, I’d highly recommend and hopefully buy from again in the future.

Ordered charm for nomination bracelet however they didn’t have that particular one in stock when they looked for it. They rang me straight away to inform me then went to their suppliers and Managed to order one for me. I was informed it would take a few weeks as made in Italy. Today received notification it’s being posted tomorrow and I would get tracking number then
Can’t thank them enough for the effort they made to get me this charm as other places don’t have it as possibly discontinued
I would definitely recommend to anyone as the customer service was faultless

Fab people. Ordered a very expensive watch and was worried as had never done this online before. E mailed to ask about tracking and before they could reply the watch arrived. My husband was exceptionally pleased and the watch is stunning. Excellent service.

Great service by all the staff in the Preston store. Walked in with shorts and trainers and bought a watch for my partners 50th birthday. Was treated exceptionally well no matter what I was wearing. Once again I received excellent service from Peter Jackson the Jeweller in their Preston store. It is over forty years since we first purchased an engagement ring from Peter Jacksons and they are still our first stop for fine jewellery. This latest purchase was a silver necklace for my wife's Christmas present and I received all the help I needed with the choice and it was then gift wrapped and packaged to complete the sale. I ordered something for my dad for mums Christmas Present on Friday 20th December, knowing it probably wouldn't get here before Christmas I selected the free delivery. Within about 10 minutes I'd had a phone call from an employee at Peter Jackson The Jeweller, who after a quick conversation about trying to get everything done at Christmas offered to upgrade my delivery for free to the signed delivery one which should arrive before Christmas. Forward to Saturday and a package arrived, it was the charm I'd ordered, it was in a nice bag and had a tag on it that they'd filled out from the order so I don't even have to wrap the gift and its already got my dads name on it! This has saved me the time and effort. I will be looking to this company again the next time I have to buy jewellery. Thank you again for the brilliant customer service at what is normally a stressful time for everyone.

I went into Peter Jackson Jewellers this morning as I had an issue with my engagement ring. I met with the manager, Sharon and the service she provided was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. She was empathetic, and so kind. She also gave me some advice on wedding rings and I came away making the decision to purchase our rings from Peter Jackson Jewellers. I ordered a birthday present for our daughter (a watch she had requested) but left it rather late (I ordered it in a bit of a rush on a Friday morning - her birthday was on the following Sunday). As there was an option for a message to her, I filled it in, placed the order and didn't expect it to arrive until the following Monday.
The next day, not only did the parcel arrive but it was beautifully gift-wrapped with a little tag displaying the message for her.
We were delighted and so was she when she opened her present on her birthday the following day.

Excellent customer service experience!
I bought a Tag Heuer watch for my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary from the online store, the price was excellent and shipping super quickly, unfortunately when the watch came it had some marks. I emailed the customer service department and literally within minutes Danny called me back, apologised and arranged a brand new watch to be delivered (ordered from Tag) and collection of the one I had received. Honestly I can not fault the service I have received, within a few days we had the brand new watch and it’s perfect. I have shopped at Peter Jackson’s a few times over the last couple of years and each time I go I receive impeccable service. Sharon at the Blackburn branch is absolutely amazing. She is very professional and a fountain of knowledge when it comes to jewellery. I would highly recommend Peter Jackson’s to anyone wanting a more “bespoke” jewellery purchase experience as they go all out to make it extra special for you, which is a lovely uniqueness that you won’t find in any other jewellers as they care about you making the right choices. All the staff are all so welcoming and helpful. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Just purchased a watch for my son's forthcoming 30th Birthday. The watch in question was considerably cheaper than other stores Goldsmiths etc, which at first made me slighlty nervous as to why , but the service has been first class, watch ordered Sunday and delivered today ( Tuesday) , recieved communications at purchase and on dispatch so knew throughout what was happening.
The watch has arrived gift wrapped as requested so I am assuming the watch is as specified and undamaged, which I am sure it is .

I visited the Preston branch for the 2nd time.
The welcome was warm and not overbearing and the assistant said that she would get someone to help me.
I came today to look for a bracelet to put a heart charm on. The charm is a fingerprint of my daughter who passed away 2 years ago, the anniversary was yesterday.

Amy was wonderful, understanding exactly what I wanted and how precious the charm is to me. She suggested asking the jewellers to solder the charm onto a beautiful bracelet that she showed me. She took the time to make sure it was perfect and her compassion was so heartfelt.

I received a text within a week to say my bracelet was ready.

No amount of money could give me the peace of mind that my daughters charm was in the right hands.
