Very speedy responses when emailed or getting a quote. The person coming to fit the flap contacted us on the day, as we were told they would. Efficiently put the flap in.

My experience with Pet Flaps UK was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The glass they installed was visibly scratched, yet the company refused to properly acknowledge the issue. While they did send a fitter back to inspect it, I was told that if the scratches couldn’t be seen from around three metres away, they considered the glass acceptable—which is completely unreasonable.

Communication was also very poor. The manager was aggressive and unprofessional both over the phone and via email, which made an already frustrating situation even worse. There was no real attempt at customer service or resolving the issue fairly.

In the end, I had to involve Trading Standards, but unfortunately I wasn’t in a position to take the matter further legally.

Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they appear willing to install damaged products and dismiss legitimate concerns.

What amazing Job done .
Friendly on time but most of all good quality and value for money ,i have to say money well spent we have a very stubborn husky who will not come in from outside ,as soon aa we sit down he wants to come in ,having this pet flap is amazing ,at first he stood looking at it after few training sessions he cracked it ....life is so much easier .
I was skeptical about having hole in my door it looks fine and i can secure it at anytime .

Following a live mouse in the 10 year olds bedroom incident, I decided to invest in the Zeromouse catflap updgrade. I have to say that it's been installed (very quick and easy, I had to order an extra long USB cable but that was it) a week now, and has blocked SIX different attempts at bringing prey into the house (five mice, one bird).
It's been worth every penny, and is also fascinating to see how many other cats are looking through our catflap on a daily basis! (three most days)

Top company, excellent communication, installer came to measure, then came a few weeks after with everything, fixed it in less than an hour even fixed the door that wasn't closing properly, very recommended.

We purchased a Sureflap Petdoor Connect from Pet Flaps UK and arranged for their fitter to fit it into our kitchen door. Super pleased with the product - we now have the ability to monitor our cat’s movements, to remotely lock, unlock and curfew the door, prevent other cats from entering. Customer service from Pet Flaps was great. Fitter was professional and friendly. Recommendations all round.

The service was excellent! Glass and pet flap come separately. Our installer Jason was wonderful, came to measure first then installation on the same date as delivery of glass. He was quick and made sure everything was put back.

Was not sure what to expect as had phoned a couple of glaziers who gave me confusing information prior to finding petflaps uk. I was thankfully reassured that from beginning to end everything would be handled by them. I was quoted a very reasonable price for everything for the size of window I was wanting the installation in. And very impressed how quickly it was put in aswell as non intrusive my cats don't like people so not having someone upsetting their preferences for very long helped makes my life easier no sulking from them! All the staff in the office and installation guy josh all lovely and friendly and chatty. The cat flap is brilliant im very happy with everything would highly recommend well worth the money!

I recommend this company wholeheartedly. It delivers a quality service from beginning to end.

I was unsure about measuring and had no idea which flap to choose. I rang the company and immediately got a knowledgable, reassuring and helpful person who talked me through it all.

After this, the installer came out and surveyed the window replacement so I didn't have to be concerned about whether it would fit or not. You know how it is...you measure really carefully but because it is expensive, you don't know exactly where you should measure to in a double glazed unit.

Then the flap was sent and the installer rang to check that it was here before arranging to visit for the installation. It's those little extra organisational details that make a difference.

When the installer came, he was amazing. He is skilled in double glazing units and not only fit the new panel with no mess at all but he adjusted the door for me (it has always been a problem). Then, seeing that I was going to struggle with the spare glass panel, he carried it to its new home.

Thanks to Tony's advice too, I managed to get the microchip working before the cat flap was in place. It has all be effortless and Mittens is using it happily.

I am sure this isn't the cheapest company you could find but, because the service is delivered by experts who go above and beyond, it is worth every penny.

The people were great. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. They did a wonderful job and I'm so pleased with the result.

Jimmy was extremely helpful with installing our pet flap for our two Ragdolls. As soon as the item was delivered, he was at our home within two hours and the whole process took under 30 mins. We are impressed with his communication, installation and friendliness. I would highly recommend.

Cannot praise this company too highly. Friendly and efficient all the way through with the superb Ranger dog flap fitted on time and with minimum disturbance. Kira, my toy poodle, soon got the hang of it - once a few treats were used to lure him through.

Right from the very beginning Pet Flaps have been very helpful, considerate and timely with responses and documents.
Tony the fitter turned up exactly to time, surveyed the area and job and then explained to me how he was going to complete the job of removing the glass, cutting the new panel by the van outside and even saying that he would come in through the side gate as not to interrupt anything in the house. Very quick, quiet and clean completed job, no fuss or mess!!
