About 8 months ago we noticed that our 13 years young mixed breed, medium sized dog was showing signs of stiffness and a reluctance to play or go on walks. After monitoring this for a couple of weeks we booked her in at our vets. An examination revealed that she had early onset Osteoarthritis and a monthly injection to help with this was recommended.
Although we did notice a slight change, we didn't feel that this alone was effective as we would have hoped so I started to explore additional treatment we could give her that was safe alongside her injections.
I'll be honest, I must have looked at 20 different companies all offering "miracle" tablets, chews or syrups but the reviews were very mixed with some dog owners even reporting gastro issues after their beloved pooch was treated.
I had pretty much given up (as nothing had jumped out at me and I wasn't in a position to potentially waste money trying different options) when I was on a social media site and an advert for Pet Gently popped up (love them or not, those algorithms can really help sometimes!).
One click and I was reading the information on the website and feeling really hopeful that I had indeed found exactly what I was looking for. I was comforted by the fact that Pet Gently had taken the time to explain the science behind their supplements, and in a way that didn't bombard me with terminology that was way above my intelligence level. The reviews came across as genuine and the money back guarantee was reassuring that these stood a strong chance of working. Pet Gently clearly believe in their product; why else offer money back?
My dog is on her second packet and I am so pleased I made the decision to buy these for her. Her back legs have gone from being stiff and looking like she's becoming lame to being straighter and stronger. She is no longer reluctant to jump up onto furniture, enjoys her walks and even wants to savage her toys (when she can be bothered. She is getting on a bit after all and loves the chilled life that comes with that).
I am super happy with these joint chews and will continue to buy them for her to have alongside her injections. If you're wondering whether they will help your furry friend, my recommendation is to give them a try as you have absolutely nothing to lose and your dog has everything to gain.

Unbelievable these chews have changed my dogs life, she is 11 years old and thinks she is a puppy again

Our dog is 14 and has arthritis and luxating patellas in her back legs. We have tried her on different types of supplements and she would pick them out of her food bowl and leave them on the floor refusing to eat them, even when I wrapped them in a bit of cheese. When I am making her breakfast, I give her, her Petgently supplement and she quietly munches it.

The orders came when expected unfortunately it didn’t work for my fur baby and no sign of money back- oh well!!

Having tried pretty much every supplement out there for my arthritic dog i was sceptical about spending yet more money on something that made very little difference. However my dog mum conscience would not let me pass by an opportunity to help! SO glad I did. These have really made a huge difference to her mobility and overall joie de vivre. I saw results after only a few days and am now on the second pack. Today she did a walk that would have previously taken 40-45 mins in 30 mins. Delighted with this result and will definitely order more. Highly recommend.

In December our Collie developed a limp in one hind leg, a trip to the vet proved both expensive and ineffective so after some research I decided to try supplements. Turns out there is a wide choice, all vet approved and all with similar reviews, I don't recall why I chose PetGently.
After 6 weeks of vastly reduced activity, walking only on the lead and no charging about the house, combined with the chews, we reached a point were obvious signs of a limp had gone. At this point I began to increase his activity, longer walks and some running. At 8 weeks he looks much more like his old self, there are still small signs of discomfort in his joint but it is much improved.
2 points to note:
1 During the first 4 weeks we had higher than usual occurrences of diarrhoea, perhaps just coincidence, but I reduced the chews from 2 daily to 1 given with food and things have been fine.
2 I have not yet let him to go back to chasing the ball / frisbee as this probably contributed to the problem.
There is still room for further improvement but I am very happy with progress so far.

The chews have made a remarkable difference to my dog although she doesn't always eat them straight away as she is so fussy, I have stopped getting medication from the vets as these are a little cheaper and seem to be working for her pain in her joints

Rosie and Daisy have been using this supplement for a few months now. Rosie is the one with arthritis in her front left knee and I’m sure she keeps going as a result of the supplement joint care. She is a very suspicious girl and will not take anything that is good for her. She loves these and thinks they are a treat.
Daisy has them as a prevention more than a cure, she sits and ask for them (driven by food ) 😂😂

April who has been taking care of my customer care needs ensured this month's of my dog Max’s regular supply of PetGently’s was redirected to my sons address who’s looking after him whilst I’m in hospital in order for him not to miss his daily dose. Even my son has noticed a remarkable difference of improvement in Max’s mobility. Max even looks forward to receiving his portion of 3 each morning 🌅 . I believe it sets up his day for a 15 year old Staffie he’s doing remarkably well. Thank you for ensuring he hasn’t missed his daily dose. I would highly recommend this product to at least try for anyone who has a dog with mobility issues as this product covers all aspects of it in my view. I emailed because my subscription was always 10 days late. April was fantastic 😁 she explained the issue, created a solution and was very helpful all round. My black Labrador has OA, she’s nearly 11 years old and I decided to try Petgently as, quite frankly, I’ve given her other supplements over the years and I’m not sure they made any real difference. We are now two months into using them and, at the moment, she is in a good place so I’m hopeful that they will help even more in the future. She loves taking them and as soon as she sees the packet she’s up on her paws and ready!

We bought Pet Gently to replace other supplements for our 14 y/o Labradoodle Phreddi as he had quite bad arthritis which did not seem to be getting any better. He was on it for about 2 months but unfortunately due to other problems he passed a month ago. However we have now started our other dog (Charlie 13 y/o) on Pet Gently in the hope that he will not get to the same stage as Phreddi did.

My 1st order came no problem at all , but sadly Lola our 14 year old passed away , the chew were working but sadly old age caught up with her ,, I emailed to ask to cancel my subscription and they replied straight back to say it had been and a lovely few words of comfort for us , will definitely recommend your company and product, many thanks Julie , 💔

The dog supplement I bought was great for my ageing dog. The customer service was fantastic - speedy dispatch and easy to use subscription option. Also very compassionate; when I lost my beloved pet, a quick email from me and everything was sorted for me, with the kindest email by return. A great company to deal with, thank you.

Ordered these after looking at all the others. Quick delivery and dog loves them.not noticed any difference yet but I thought my dog was under 10 kg so was only giving one tablet. When I had her weighed at the vets she was over 10 so I was not giving her the recommended dose. I’ve now up it to 2 as recommended and will see in a few weeks.lesson learned to check weight to give correct dose. Will be ordering more

Needed to return a pack of dog chews as sent another pack on Friday 27th Feb but my dog only ate part of the first pack and refused the rest so requested a refund but the label would not download so contacted customer support again but did not hear so emailed 4 more times and eventually today Tuesday 3rd March had a reply and was sent a QR code for me to return the package.

Delivery etc was fine but product does not work as described. Have retuned to Yumove

Product received in good time. My 13.5 year old labrador has cruciate ligament issues as well as general age-related stiffness and pain. Although it is early days, I do think he and his 10 year old pal have improved with mobility and seem more lively!

dog would not eat it,told them canceled any further orders but they still went and removed money from my account,
