The top was longer than I expected for a size to fit someone under 5ft 2inches. The material is lovely and I like the style it was just the length. I will be keeping it and wearing it.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from this company.

I paid £142 for my order, but when the parcel arrived in Belgium, I was asked to pay an additional €100.69 in customs charges. Because the extra fees were so high, I refused the shipment and it was returned to the sender.

Since then, I have contacted customer service multiple times by email and through other channels, but I have not received a meaningful response. My public comment on their social media was also removed instead of being addressed.

i am genuinely disappointed. i lost money, never received my order, and was completely ignored every step of the way. no refund, no communication, nothing.
