I was happy with the overall experience,just the fact that I needed to wait over 2 weeks for my delivery as it's not based in the UK.
But very quickly resolved my issue.

They are not in UK, and their customer service is non existent. Shipping took forever and why shipping if in the UK? The dog harness was terrible, it enclosed in VELCRO. Not safe for dogs obviously. Do not buy from Pets-Dreams UK because they are not UK.

Awful non pet friendly toy. Send you an email to post a review then delete all negative comments 😂. 50p toy charged at maximum rate AND extra delivery!

Would give no stars if possible. This site leads you to believe tgey are in UK but they are not. Your items are shipped from China and they take weeks to arrive. The company is based in Austria. On their website they say you can have a 100% refund within 30 days, this is not true when requesting a full refund, they say you can have 50% off as they dont do refunds. I have emails to prove this. Have reported to trading standards.

I wish I had read the customer reviews before I placed the order and not relied solely on the website alone. I foolishly assumed they were a UK based company as the call themselves Pet-Dreams UK but this is obviously just a front for a Chinese based firm.
I ordered the pet paw print kit, as I knew my dog was getting towards the end of his life and I wanted to take some impressions of his huge feet but the product took 10 days to arrive and sadly he had died in that time, however the quality of what eventually arrived would probably not have done what it suggested in the website anyway.
The item came with no real packaging just the a clear plastic outer in a simple Jiffy bag with all the usual customers markers associated with a product shipped directly from China. The item is simplistic and almost crude and not worth the ‘reduced’ price of £5.95!

Placed an order for several items but 5 days on, with the order showing no sign of being processed and in need of one of the items, I decided to cancel the order. Imagine my surprise when I received an email telling me cancellation must take place by midnight on the day of ordering; ummm, what about the distance selling laws? I replied immediately but have, this morning, received a confirmation of shipping!
It’s not until you search for information on their website that you discover this policy, along with the returns address which is not in the uk!! Why are they allowed to mislead people by purporting to be a uk company? I am absolutely fuming 😡

Yes, it may look like they reached out and wanted to discuss a solution……turns out it was an automated response. When I responded, I merely repeated an earlier email.

Update - I have emailed as advised below and still won’t issue a refund. Avoid this company.

Ordered a durable dog toy, it definitely wasn’t durable and when complaining to customer services they refused a refund, even though the toy lasted a few minutes before being broken. The toy was completely mis advertised.

I have an order in my basket, but have now emailed twice asking for approximate delivery date before paying. No response! Now on Trustpilot and understand why!

I ordered collars for my nervous dogs 29th March, I still haven't received them I did email pets dream uk and got no reply. So I'm guessing this company is a scam.

This 'company' is awful.
Quality is awful.
The hook of the harness broke after a month and my dog escaped in a very busy park surrounded by cars. A safety warning, if you want to protect your pets, never buy from this company.

Terrible company. Ordered a dog sling for a new puppy 2 weeks ago. No mention of slow delivery times pre purchase, just in an email post sale - very poor. Even so, slow delivery times exceeded, tracked delivery date gone and no further update. Avoid. Ordered a similar product from elsewhere and received it the next day.

Ordered dog lick bowl which showed a Labrador using a decent size bowl.. what arrived would suit a very small dog.. also bought the squeaked chicken chew toy which I gave a quick test prior to giving to my dog.. the head pulled off very easily..
Utter rubbish will now have to reorder from another supplier

Given one star because I was unable to give zero. Haven’t received my parcel and consistently refused a refund after several emails back and forth. Clearly a massive scam so please please do not order from here. Trying to now blame my parcel not being delivered on the war in the Middle East, crazy excuse and still no refund on the 4th April, original order placed on 18th Feb. Awful service, possible scam

I was very pleased with my order, after a tricky start of get lost in travelling, . I brought the harness, much more easy to get on for my dog.

I read the critical reviews after I had ordered, so was worried about what the items would be like. It did take nearly a fortnight for them to arrive, but there weren't any problems and the journey was tracked. I was relieved to find that the 3 items I had ordered (2 dog toys and a harness) were fine. They are all good quality and the dog loves them! The toys are engaging and safe, and the harness wellmade and fits well. I had a query for customer service which was dealt with quickly and helpfully. So all good.

Not Recommended!
I purchased 2 of these, one XL and one Large. Very disappointed, the XL is ok, not the best. The Large one was badly made and not comfy for my dog, unusable, too expensive to return as company NOT in UK as you are led to believe. Delivery was a joke!

Ordered a snufflemaster interactive ball 1st March. Supposidly, according to their tracking, its been sitting in Braintree UK since 7th. It's now 28th, no movement and still waiting. No answer to emails.

Recently ordered a Harness & Leash for my cat - delighted with it! Excellent quality, lightweight breathable fabric and a very good fit. Highly recommended.

I ordered the lick Matt slow feeder bowl and recieved a message saying delivered,
Looked on google were it was delivered which was no were my address is,
Tried contacting pets dream on their web sight and all it does is send you straight to the shop page,
Their is no way on this web sight on getting in contact with them,
I have tried several ways on doing so but with no joy,
Personally I would highly recommend anyone purchasing goods from this web sight,
I think it’s a con sight so please do not order anything at all,
