We always encourage customers to measure their vehicle's backseat space before purchasing to ensure compatibility. We are sorry to hear that the product did not fit your vehicle as expected — but we want to assure you that the product itself has been designed and tested for standard vehicle dimensions.

Regarding the return process: Our return policy clearly states that for non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This is standard practice for many online retailers and is clearly communicated on our website.

Regarding the return address: We do not require returns to be sent to China. Our return address is in California, USA — which we provided to you in our very first response to your return request.

Regarding response time: We received your return request on [日期] and responded the following day with return instructions and the CA address. We do acknowledge that due to the time zone difference, our response may not always align with US business hours — we are actively working to improve this.

However, we would like to clarify the timeline of your order for full transparency:

June 27 – You placed your order.

June 29 – We sent you an email informing you that the item was temporarily out of stock due to high demand, with restock expected in early August. We offered you two clear options: wait for restock, or cancel for a full refund. We also stated that if we did not receive a reply within 3 days, we would assume you preferred to wait.

July 11 – You contacted us requesting a refund.

July 13 – We processed your full refund.

We regret that our email may have been missed or filtered into your spam folder, but we want to assure you and everyone reading this that we did reach out proactively and responded promptly when you contacted us.

Your refund has been completed. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the stock shortage, and we are actively improving our inventory communication to prevent similar situations in the future.

Thank you for your patience. After we received your first message on June 6, we responded immediately via email. It appears our reply may have been mistakenly filtered into your spam folder, for which we sincerely apologize.

Regarding your refund: Since the original payment method can no longer accept a return, we have issued a full store credit to your Petsfit account for the exact amount of your order. This credit is now available and has no expiration date.

If you prefer a different way to receive this refund, please contact us directly at support@petsfit.com — we are happy to work out an alternative that you're comfortable with.

We respect your privacy and will not ask for any personal payment information through any channel.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused.

We are very sorry to hear that you received a backpack with a damaged part. That is absolutely not the quality we stand for, and we apologize for the disappointment it caused.

We also want to deeply apologize for the delay in our response. After we looked into this, we realized that we could not find any previous customer service record from you in our system. This leads us to believe that your initial message may have been sent to a different channel, such as Amazon's internal messaging system, which unfortunately is not integrated with our direct support email. Please know that if we had seen your message, we would have responded immediately.

We are glad we could eventually arrange a refund for you. Regarding the $8 difference you mentioned: this was likely a currency conversion adjustment between your bank and our payment processor, rather than an intentional deduction. We regret any confusion this may have caused.
