Poor Customer Service, wrong item sent
I ordered 2 dog coats size small, and was sent 1 small dog coat and 1 large dog coat. I tried several times to call but had no answer, so I posted the coat back at my own expense. I have today received a message with an amended invoice refunding me the cost of the coat. No apology, no explanation, no refund of postage. I'm disappointed and will never use Petshopdirect again. Amazon may not pay their taxes but they give a much better service.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for this issue. The large jacket sent in error was packed accidentally in a wrong bag received from the manufacturer. It could be a manufacturer error, something we are investigating still.
Regarding calling us. We are trying our best to respond to as many calls as we can. Because of the recent Royal Mail strikes and delays, we’ve had an increased number of call, and this has impacted our ability to take all calls.
We always recommend contacting us by email for a quicker response. In your case we've did not receive any emails from yourself.
The order you've placed with us had a few items and only one has been returned which has been refunded. The shipping charge paid initially for faster delivery is not refundable.
If you have any other question, please contact us at info@petshopdirect.co.uk rather than calling us as we operate normal hours.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the delay. The parcel is still in transit with Royal Mail currently at Milton Keynes sorting office. The recent Royal Mail strikes had an massive impact on the delivery times. We apologise for any inconvinince created.

Dear Miriam. Thank you for your feedback. The parcel has been dispatched as normal but it still with Royal Mail. The recent Royal Mail strikes have affected the delivery times. It seems the Scotland postcodes are the most affected.
