I have checked many pet med websites Worldwide. Without a doubt PET VM in Concord, California has the best CS and prices of any online order company. I've used their services many times this year. They are very attentive and considerate. Today I had the pleasure of speaking to a young lady named COYA, who was extremely professional, caring, kind and took care of my pets prescription order request exceptionally well. I recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!!

Love love love this pharmacy they are super professional and super fast. My dog was almost out of her medication and they shipped it out the same day so I could receive it the next day thank you Pet VM.

Awesome Customer Service; fast delivery and Great prices! Our Vet also had their own pharmacy which was very high in price and warned us of online vet pharmacies that sell counterfeit products. As Animal Lovers, we love bargains but we also love our fur babies and wanted to make sure that everything was legit. So I also did a research on Pet VM and found that they are verified by NABP under safe.pharmacy and All their products sold through the pharmacy are U.S. FDA/EPA approved. Not only are their products affordable, but you get the satisfaction guaranteed knowing that their products are safe and not counterfeit products. I recommend Pet VM and will continue to support their business.

Nick called after seeing my review and is fixing the problem. He is resending the meds so my dogs can get their heart worm protection. Thank you for reaching out to me and seeing if I really didn’t receive the package. I will give them another chance.

I would give them a zero if I could! They sent me an order, I have been busy with my mom and cancer, my dad and his Alzheimer’s, selling my house, buying a new one, and teaching remotely. So needless to say I forgot about this order. This is the first, and last time, I order from them! I never received the package and didn’t realize it until today while I was packing. So I sent an email to customer service and they let me know it shows it was delivered and it’s been two months. Yeah, I know, I’ve been a little busy. So their basic reply is “Oh well🤷🏻‍♀️“. I will never order from them again and I will tell others not to! I’m so furious and I need these pills for my dogs.

GREAT experience with Pet VM! I initially ordered the wrong strength of meds for my 2 cat’s that are different weights. Both Pet VM and my vet let me know. I thought I had it all set with the vet as to what needed approval....guess not as Pet VM sent me a nice reminder. Very much appreciated!! Once I got the order straightened out from my end, I got the original product (no scam). I’m very pleased with their service. Yes phone contact can be difficult but with COVID affecting businesses, they called me back promptly! Highly recommend them. Great prices too. :)

I placed an order with Pet VM that needed an Rx. They contacted my Vet for the Rx. My vet contacted me via email saying I should beware of on-line vet pharmacies. as they may sell counterfeit products. (Coincidentally the vet has an affiliate pharmacy with much higher prices). Instead of cancelling the order I did some research, contacted the mfg and the CA State Board of Pharmacy. All was as it should be. Pet VM is licensed and inspected. I told my vet to provide Pet VM with the Rx without delay. Pet VM processed my order and I received it 2 days after shipment (I'm in FL). My dog got what she needed, I got excellent customer service and saved money. I recommend them and will use them again.

I've used Pet VM regularly for over a year to get needed medicine for my sick cat. The prices were much much lower than getting it through my vet. The customer service is outstanding. They are friendly and want to help. They also mail meds quickly, which was a real comfort when my cat was so sick.

Great prices. They were very diligent in obtaining the prescription from my vet's office. Excellent, responsive customer service. A great experience. I would highly recommend them.

I have ordered prescription meds for my dog from Pet VM for the last year. Their prices are less than the vet and I save on supplies and meds. But please be forewarned. Do not pay for 1-2 day shipping. I did and it took 4 days. They refused to refund cost and blamed it on the covid virus.

I ordered Antinol from them for the first time. I was happy with the ease of ordering and quick receipt given the difficulty to source certain meds during this time. It would be a 5 star rating except that I received the package unsealed, which caused me concern regarding the source. The interior gel capsules do not seem tampered with, but I order these meds via different vendors (via Amazon) and the box has always come sealed. Overall good reviews so I will use the product.

I have ordered for more than a year a medication for my dog Cesy, Vetoryl 5 mg, since no other pet pharmacy carried this medicine and Pet VM did, and even thought they are on the west coast and we live in Miami Beach medication every time I ordered came on time.
Pet VM even call me to explain me any situation with prescription and solve it.
I highly recommended it.

Ordered Meds for my dogs congestive heart failure in 3/14/2020 on 3/16/2020 still sitting in Calif. Plus you pay for shipping! Didn't ask for free shipping paid for it. Complaint was for 3 days still in Calif!Post office open on Saturdays!

I have been using Pet Value Mart for about 2 years now, and have never had a problem. They fax my Vet a request and as soon as they get it back, they ship the product. I usually receive it within 3 days of ordering. The price is right, the service has been great, and the products are as stated.

Ordered the MediPaw boot for my Alaskan Husky to keep his bandages dry. The item is WAY bigger than the size chart indicates. Contacted them for an exchange, which they don't do. I have to pay to return the item AND order a new one, which means I am out shipping to return and cost of the new one while waiting for them to process the return and refund my money. Don't order this item from this company. They aren't customer oriented. Just money driven.

UPDATE Just received a very polite but pointless response, hoping I'll be happier with next new and improved version (which I will NEVER purchase) thanks to my feedback. PetVM refuses to take any responsibility for promoting and selling items of such poor quality, instead emphasizing their no refund policy. Seriously cannot believe this is how they run their business.
Initially very happy with my purchase of a small cast cover...perfect fit, easy on/off, kept my puppy's cast dry. However, when elastic completely fell apart at only 3weeks, I contacted petvm and received this response: This is the normal wear and tear time for the elasticity of the boot. As per our policy, we cannot exchange or return the used items. So, it cannot be replaced but you can place a new order if you want and we can ship a new one to you.
really? So basically disposable and would have to buy 2 to make it through the 4-6 weeks in a cast...very important issues that are not mentioned anywhere on site. Definitely would not purchase from or recommend them

I reviewed earlier with one star. I finally got a call back. Things where handled and I recieved my products.

Ordered medicine (Atopica for cats) Sunday evening. Status of the order is "Waiting for approval" all day Monday. Tuesday morning, I tried to call PetVM - call is going straight to voicemail. Left a message, and called my vet - sure enough, they have no requests for approval. It took multiple attempts to reach PetVM on the phone or via email, finally a person with Indian accent (denying calling from India) got on a conference call with my vet and myself, asking for verbal approval. After he was given the approval, started asking questions about instructions for the medicine (!), ignoring my attempts to explain that we're using the medicine for a long time. This is when I finally lost it - needless to say, my advice will be to steer clear.

EDIT: Shortly after my initial negative 1-star review was posted (apparently, businesses get automatically notified of the feedback on this site), I was contacted by a nice woman from PetVM (Montana), who apologized for the delays and the negative experience I had, and shipped the medicine right away. Obviously, this is the outcome I was looking for, it's just too bad it had to come to this to achieve it. The resulting 3* rating is a combination of my initial experience, and satisfactory resolution.

PVM has EXCELLENT customer service! They are prompt and on top of things. They contact you before you need to contact them, if there is any issue. It was so refreshing to discover the very rare quality of 'serving a customer'! Thank you PVM!
