Premier Garden Supplies Limited was established in 2013 with a lot of hard work and dedication we have been lucky enough to expand our business each year. We are a small independent family-run business based in Madeley, Telford. We manufacture our own range of Gates, Fence Panels, Trellis, Arbours, Arches, Pergolas and so much more on-site in various different styles. As we make everything on site we do offer a customised "Made-2-Measure" service on selected product ranges. Please call us to find out more. We believe that excellent customer service is key as well as keeping our prices as low as possible without compromising the quality of our products. We try our very best to help our customers, old or new find exactly what they need. From product knowledge and advice to ordering and delivery, we will do everything we possibly can to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. We supply the trade industry as well as the public with a wide selection of fencing and trellis panels, gates and fence posts. We can supply concrete posts and concrete gravel boards, lap panels and we also stock a great selection of European-style fencing, all available at very competitive prices. We can also supply other garden items such as pergolas, corner arbours, arbours, planters, bin stores and sleepers.

Great Gate but no help loading fence posts
PGS made me a gate/side door for my garage and it was great. A few days later I visited PGS to pick up 4off 100x100x4000mm wooden fence posts. They were brought from around the back by a young fit man on a fork lift. The man stood and watched as I (a poorly 76 year old) struggled to get them into the back of my car. So don't expect any help loading up.

While, for insurance and health & safety reasons, we are unable to load customer vehicles directly, this should have been clearly explained to you at the time. In addition, our team should have ensured you were supported appropriately by offering guidance and making the process as manageable as possible.

Premier Garden Supplies delivered to Scotland
Premier Garden Supplies delivered a good quality, custom sized garden gate, along with additional materials. The pre-order service was brilliant (Richard) who quickly answered a series of queries, and provided a very competative quotation (delivery to Scottish Highlands), and the gate etc arrived, slightly ahead of schedule, in perfect condition. Absolutely no complaints, and will use PGS again without hesitation.

I needed an oversized garden…
I was looking for an oversized garden gate with treatment and I came across Premier Garden Supplies on a most well known online retailer.
Ordering was easy and shortly after PGS contacted me to say that I measured the gate wrongly and advised me of the new price which I accepted.
I also asked that the gate be fully framed which cost a nominal amount for the extra material involved.
That done, the Gare arrived next day!
I was super impressed with the quality and though I have not fitted yet (weather did not permit) I am happy I have bought well.
I would certainly recommend PGS.

Premier gardens renovated my boring rectangular new build slice of lawn and created a wonderful new English country garden with curved patio in stone and raised beds. Richard was helpful when I was ordering a garden gate and had good product knowledge regarding the gate construction erc. They were timely and efficient.I ordered on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday, all the way to Scotland. Richard explained the payment and delivery process in full and it all went through smoothly, exactly as he said it would. Item delivered was well packaged and of excellent quality. The gate was cheaper than the usual larger retailers I looked at. So I am very pleased and would highly reccomend Premier Garden Supplies. DX delivery arrived before lunch time, perfect.
