They are consistently super slow and very expensive. Simple jobs take forever to be done and require multiple visits, as well as cost x2 to market price - took my business to local plumber and found out things can be done from 1, and what they claimed are “non-standard details” is in fact standard and should be in hand with any decent plumber

My annual boiler service was exactly as promised. The engineer respected my property (shoes covered), answered my questions and did a great job. The exact service I've come to expect from PH247. They're reliable, honest and always put their customers first.

Engineers were pleasant and knowledgable, detailed investigations and reports, but the quotations were wildly overpriced (several multiples higher than other providers). We were really shocked and could not believe the many thousands on the estimate. Also required a year long subscription, extra £240, for their “elite” service to qualify for any lower price (which was still extraordinarily expensive). Avoid PH247 for this reason.

Nathan was extremely professional and helpful. He quickly identified the issue with the pipes and clearly explained what was going on. Even though he couldn’t fix it on the spot, he went out of his way to make sure the right person will be coming to sort it out as soon as possible. Really appreciated his honesty, communication, and effort — would definitely recommend!

Services were affordable, the time between initial inquiries and the jobs being sorted were short (only about a day), communication was great, and Nathan was quick, polite, and very professional. Couldn't ask for better service!

Underrated in today's profession. I got a great professional engineer which was a breath of fresh air. Excellent communication, good report, reliable, punctual and efficient.

Used PH247 to reseal my bath, replace a push-up plug in a bathroom sink basin and help me identify the parts needed to replace my WC flush wall-plate. Excellent service as always, very speedy, no confusion, charged for the time used.

Very pleased with ph247 overall. Easy to book and get confirmation, completely transparent pricing, and very knowledgeable engineers that take the time to explain some of the science behind plumbing.

Friendly and knowledgeable plumber, explained all the works and was tidy.

Needed to fix a slow leak on a shower inlet. Nathan was punctual and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to purchase the parts. Job was done and is guaranteed by PH247. I suppose that's what you pay for.

I had a leak in the utility area and a damaged tap. The PH247 sent someone out in a good time. Problem was assessed by Nathan and detailed report sent back. We got them back in to fix the problems. Nathan found the fix and talked over an issues that were encountered. The problems were fixed in a good manner. Nathan was polite and helpful.
