The website was not working properly
The website was not working properly, I had a hard time changing the shipping address, it took several days and although customer service responded to the email, they were not helpful at all. In the end, there was no problem with the delivery.

This was my first time ordering from them and it definitely won't be my last
I'm very satisfied with my experience with this pharmacy. Their customer service is really good and reliable.
I had a little hiccup with my order... they were short on the amount I had ordered. I had called before making the order, although the reason for my call wasn't to ask if they had my total amount in stock, but it was made known to me on that call that the amount I wanted was in stock. So I was a little disappointed when they informed me later on, after I had made the order, that they now have less than the amount that I wanted. Nonetheless, I was given the option to either receive a refund or wait for them to increase the stock. I choose to wait but in the end, the stock could not be increased. They delivered to me what they had in stock and refunded me the balance without any hassle. They also gave me some free goodies with my order which I appreciated.
Although at first I was a little disappointed that I couldn't have the total amount of what I had ordered, all the disappointment went away because of how smooth it was to work with these guys... from the communication with customer service to the quick, hassle-free refund.
This was my first time ordering from them and it definitely won't be my last.

Excellent Experience
I was able to order EvoTears while in Scotland and have them delivered to my hotel in Killarney, Ireland so they would be there by the time I arrived later that week.
