We were the buyers (not the seller’s clients), but honestly Samantha was fantastic throughout the whole process. She kept us in the loop more than our mortgage adviser + solicitors, always making sure we understood the next steps and chasing the right people to keep things moving.

We put our offer in mid June and got the keys mid August - just a two-month turnaround. Admittedly, we benefitted from a no-chain situation, but the process felt super smooth thanks to Samantha’s support.

If we ever come to sell, we’d absolutely want Samantha to take the lead. Highly recommended.

My daughter sold her house through Clare and her team 4 years ago and we were all very impressed with the service, so when we had a property to sell, my husband and I had no hesitation in using Clare again. Clare's expertise, advice and no nonsense, realistic approach was appreciated throughout. Clare and Sam worked tirelessly to get the sale completed. Sam was our main point of contact and her communication with us the whole way through was excellent. She liaised with our solicitor and the buyers regularly in order to keep the sale moving. We felt that they both very much had our best interests at heart, supporting us through what was, at times, a frustrating process. There was never a time when our calls or emails did not get answered. Never did we feel that they weren’t working determinedly on our behalf. We would recommend Phillips George without reservation. To be honest, I don’t know why you would want to go anywhere else.

We had ten months of excellent service from Phillips George. The whole team was excellent and completely dedicated to our successful sale. They worked with professionalism and expertise at all times, always available and providing regular updates. We cannot recommend Clare and her team highly enough. Whoever says estate agents don’t do anything for the money they charge have never worked with these guys. They were worth every penny.
