I never thought I could loose weight. I tried but the cravings made it so hard. I was almost 13 stone and only 5ft 2. I wasn't even that big when pregnant. I was so unhappy. I tried phlo and at first it came off slow but that didn't matter because I had no cravings. Then it picked up. I'm 9st 7lb. I vary from 9st 4lb to 9 St 7lb. I'm happy. Give it a go.

I'm not sure what went wrong for me because everyone else seems to have had a great experience.

I really like that they aren't just registered with the GPhC but they have been inspected and found to be at standard as well. Many other groups aren't inspected, just registered which isn't the same.

The onboarding was great, the questionnaire and due diligence gave confidence that you were getting a reliable and trustworthy service.

The first delivery was a nightmare. You're told how important it is to keep the Mounjaro pens at a particularly cold temperature and that the packaging lasts for 72 hours before it needs to go in the fridge. I am made aware of dispatch to Royal Mail on Day 1 but I'm at work so can't sign for it, I can't reschedule the delivery to a day I'm at home for 3 more days, that's way past the 72 hour mark, likewise, I can't get it dropped off at a Royal Mail collection facility because I wouldn't be able to collect it until the 4th day because I work during the opening hours. I emailed customer service but never actually got to speak with a human, I had 3 exchanges with a robot called Phlo who assured me I could just redirect to a post office and collect within the 72 hours window despite me saying it wasn't possible. Once it grasped that, it reassured me that the ice packs would keep the contents cold for up to 72 hours, again completely missing my point. In the end, I had to waste a day's holiday to be at home for a rearranged delivery to ensure I got it within the 72 hours. I never wanted to get in touch with their customer service again if I have to go through a nightmare engagement with a bot again.

Needless to say, when the second package arrived today, and the contents were warm with a completely room temperature ice pack, I've just cut my losses and decided to never use an online pharmacy again.

I can't trust this pen isn't ruined and I have no faith in the customer service function to deal with it, my time is more important and valuable than the pen, so I'm just going to bin it just in case and forget this whole thing.

I also don't understand why it's not until Week 5 that I get invited to the really well put together Nourished programme, that would have been really useful from Week 1 because it's excellent.

My Mounjaro Journey 💉

I started Mounjaro on 27/03/25 at 131kg, with my health at a real low point. My BMI, body fat and visceral fat were all off the charts, and everyday life felt difficult.

I was constantly out of breath, struggling with sleep apnea, dealing with full body sweats and hyperpigmentation, and even simple things like getting out of bed, climbing stairs or getting dressed were a challenge.

Clothes didn’t fit, and when they did, I never felt comfortable or confident. I went from a 42 waist to now a 32 — something I never thought I’d say.

Since then, I’ve been tapering my dose from 15mg down to 5mg, and I’ll complete my journey on 2.5mg in June.

Today, I’m at 92kg, with a clear goal to return to 85kg and maintain it long term.

This journey hasn’t just been about weight loss — it’s been about learning discipline, consistency, and building a healthier lifestyle that I can sustain.

The total cost of this journey has been £2,867 — and honestly, it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself.

I feel better, I move better, and I look better.

The next phase is about maintaining what I’ve built — and I’m confident I’ll get there.

The website is very easy to use, and once you’re approved, they typically dispatch the medication the same day. It arrives quickly and is well packaged. I would 100% recommend this company—you really can’t go wrong with them.

This is not my 4th month and I'm now on 1mg and tbh I don't see or feel much change. I thought I would've been further forward in losing more weight but I'm quite disappointed as its not cheap however you look at it. I'm going to give it another month then I'll probably just give up as its alot of money for such little change. Don't mean to be negative I'm just being truthful and what works for one sometimes doesn't for others. With pholo they have always delivered on time but I've not had much else to do with them so I'm abit disappointed but don't let my experience effect your own. Good luck everyone on the own journey

The service is easy to access and is very thorough, also the website is accessible and comprehensive . You can email or ring up for advice. The injection comes well packed and insulated. Phlo Clinic have been great, I started using Mounjaro last July, the ordering process is easy and straightforward, item usually arrives within a few days. You get lots of text and e mails from them with helpful hints and tips. I’m on 15mg now and have almost lost 4 stone.I will continue for another year if finances allow. Would like to loose another 1 st 8lb..
