Absolutely buzzing after the Spudman…
Absolutely buzzing after the Spudman game just two days ago, and I’ve got to give massive props to Phoenix Events Limited for their outstanding support on the day. From start to finish, they were on the ball making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. They weren’t just standing around either; they were constantly checking in with me, asking if I needed extra hands, whether it was topping up food supplies or even running to the local cash and carry to grab more stock. That kind of initiative is rare, and I was seriously impressed.
They handled the crowd like pros keeping the queue calm and orderly, no pushing, no shouting, no drama. They created a safe, controlled space so everyone could enjoy the day without stress. No fights, no quarries, no mobbing just a brilliant atmosphere and a well-oiled operation from start to finish. It was a memorable event for all the right reasons, and Phoenix Events played a massive part in that. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. If you’re planning an event and want peace of mind, these are the people to call. Legends.

Professional company to work with
We experienced a set of burglaries in our local neighbourhood and considered a couple of different private security options for 2 different nights to provide peace of mind. I was impressed by the professionalism of the company - both the office team as well as the assigned guard, can highly recommend!

Great Professional Service
Woolyfest.co.uk would like to thank the Phoenix Team who worked at our event this year for their hard work and professionalism.
They went above and beyond what we would have expected for an outside contractor and helped make our event a safe and enjoyable community event.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, without being asked, they mucked in with our events team helping out with keeping the site clean, checking event goers were ok and just generally being present keeping an eye on things for us.
We have already booked them for next years event.

Over and Above service from a great team.
At Norwich based charity Future Projects, we have long been impressed with the services that Phoenix Events (East) provides. Not only do they look after our three premises across Norwich, they also provided Event Support at our recent fundraising music festival, FutureFest.
It was there that we met Martin, the friendliest, most professional Events Staff we’ve ever come across! Martin was courteous, polite, funny and extremely helpful. Bands loved him, our staff loved him, our volunteers loved him and most importantly, the public loved him.
I would highly recommend Phoenix Events (East) and have no hesitation in asking them to work with us again at FutureFest 2025.

Phoenix provided a very efficient service with experienced and professional security on the night
Phoenix was very professional and provided us with details of the security: names, badge numbers, timing etc. well before the event. The operatives were excellent, with just the right touch and expertise, giving us the assurance that the security on the night was in very efficient and experienced hands.
The party was held for 75 18-year olds in a 10 acre field, with a marquee, and an entrance gate on the road, so it was not an easy event to control .

Security for a fundraising event.
I have used Phoenix events for security at 2 fundraising events I have organised.
Dawn and Steve were the bouncers we had for on the door, checking off names on the guest list and ensuring no trouble. They are both great, friendly and I feel comfortable having them there. I had food being served outside the venue so l asked them to stand outside keeping a watchful eye and manning the doors.

Would definitely recommend - Phoenix Events support a number of Events that I attend as a Volunteer and I have always found the Company are extremely contentious and very professional nothing is too much trouble and they take time to understand what the Event Manager requires, they take time to get to know the course for any Event and meet the Team in advance to ensure they fully understand what is required.

We required security at very short notice and they were able to accommodate us.
Always professional, friendly, extremely reliable, easy to communicate with and secured our site so we had no more issues.

It was great to be able to deploy our team to this site immediately with the site set up and the officer on site within an hour of the initial call. We provided a very visual deterrent from minute one of arriving, making sure the client had peace of mind out of hours that the site was secure and in safe hands with our experienced, trained customer service security. patrolling and manning the entry to the site to give peace of mind that only the people who were staying on site were on site at all times.
Very supportive of local charities!
We are a charity that provide housing for people experiencing homelessness in Norwich. We recently held an event at one of our hostels, we needed some metal barriers. We reached out to Phoenix Events and asked if they could help. They were fantastic from start to finish, they let us borrow the barriers free of charge they delivered them to the event and collected them the next day. Thank you! :)

It was a pleasure helping St Martins Housing who Helping the homeless build a better life in Norwich and Norfolk with the hire of some of our crowd control barriers free of charge for there event.
