Did my CBT renewal with Phoenix today after my previous certificate expired, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I did my first CBT with another company a couple of years ago and the difference was night and day.

The team at Phoenix were professional, friendly, patient and really informative. Everything was explained clearly and they made sure you learned in a relaxed and enjoyable way.

Big thanks to Greg and Peter in particular, both were brilliant instructors and clearly know their stuff (nice guys) I’ll definitely be booking my full access course with them. Highly recommend.

A great experience, helpful and knowledgable staff, I used the crystal palace branch for my cbt and initial training, 6 months of 125 riding later and then I went across to the foots cray location for my intro to bigger bike - where I was told I would be ready for my mod 1 and mod 2 exams with a day of training for each. I had a few different instructors, but mostly Steve B who was a great help and really improved my riding (whilst calling out my mistakes!). I feel a lot more confident in riding and now keen to explore a lot more around riding.

Phoenix Motorcycle Training has a very easy booking system, all done through their website.
Communication from the company is excellent and they keep you informed right up until the day of your training.
My instructor was Sam, he passed on excellent training to us & he was very acknowlable. He was very professional and a really good coach.

I've been training with Pheonix for a while now. I was training at the Crystal Palace then at Sidcup both instructors at both branches were very encouraging, inspiring and helpful. They were friendly and wise. They shared their own personal experiences of both training and riding for years. I apologise as I can't remember all the names that trained me. I achieved my CBT yesterday and shall be back to get my full license.

I recently completed my CBT course with Phoenix Academy and had a great experience. The learning environment was very professional and supportive, and my instructors were patient and highly skilled. They trained me properly before going on the road, which really built my confidence. While riding, they guided me throughout and calmly corrected my mistakes. Overall, it was excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So I had my mod one and my mod two with them, they were very helpful ,instructive ,kind very welcoming, and a great team in general, they helped point out the wrong/ mistakes and helped improve them. I was very happy with my results with one minor on both of the test. Would like to say thank you to the team and I appreciate it thank you.

I did my CBT and DAS with Phoenix, all of the instructors I met were fantastic, I'd definitely look at doing some more advanced courses with them in the future.

Phoenix was great! I done my CBT and my A2 license, all the staff are very helpful and will make sure you’re ready in time! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else apart from here to do your license with! Nice bikes to learn on too!

Highly trained professional instructors created a really encouraging learning environment which provided high spirited affirmative training. Their facilities and training grounds were outstanding. I completed my CBT training with them and I'm sure I'll be returning soon to progress onto larger bikes for my full licence. Highly recommend their course!

A really thorough useful day. Friendly and engaging instructor (Nick) who was patient with me especially as I took my time to put some bits into practice. Lots of useful tips not just about riding but kit and ongoing skills

Great instructors, relaxed atmosphere but very professional as well.

I was trained by various different people at Phoenix during my 7 year journey towards my full licence. The experience though stressful in itself was made much smoother by staff who listened and appreciated my anxiety. They adapted to my way of learning and as a result I can now ditch the L plates. Elated.

I did my A2 to A progressive access with Phoenix Motorcycle training and would highly recommend them for any motorcycle training.

I had been riding for a few years so only did 1 day of training split between Mod 1 and Mod 2 and then did my tests one after another.

I passed Mod 1 first time and sadly failed Mod 2 but passed on my second attempt. My fail at Mod 2 was my issue and the lads at Phoenix were faultless.

The instructors are highly knowledgeable, the customer service people are friendly. The instructors really know the routes for Erith inside out.

I debated doing it with a friend’s bike and saving the money but genuinely, the local knowledge they were able to give me regarding Erith was indispensable as without it I am sure I would have fallen into some bad pitfalls.

I definitely recommend Phoenix!
